Casa Boville's luxury apartment has been finished to a very high standard and furnished in the classic style of the region. Set around a courtyard, with balconies overlooking the stunningly picturesque hillside, a private entrance, car park space and access to a beautiful outdoor swimming pool overlooking olive groves which slope gently down the hills.

The apartment is finished to a very high standard and all present beautiful views.
THIS APARTMENT WAS VERY NICE, SITS ON THE SIDE OF A SMALL MOUNTAIN WITH GREAT VIEWS OF THE VALLY AND OF THE OLD TOWN OF BOVILLE ERNICA SITTING ON TOP OF THE NEXT MOUNTAIN OVER. QUITE EXCEPT FOR THE ROOSTERS IN THE MORNING FROM THE VALLY BELOW... BEAUTIFUL APARTMENT, BUT HERE ARE THE NEGATIVES YOU SHOULD KNOW (1) NO WII FII - IF YOU ARE CONNECTED, YOU WILL NOT BE HERE. (BUT THERE IS A "BAR" - COFFEE SHOP, WITH GOOD FAST WII FII NEAR - EASY WALKING DISTANCE NEXT TO THE GAS STATION JUST DOWN THE ROAD (2) PARKING IS TIGHT (LIKE THE REST OF ITALY) (3) ADDRESS NOT ON OUR GPS, AND NO NUMBERS POSTED ON VIA ROTA BILE - UNLESS YOU KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS BEFORE HAND- YOUR NOT GONNA FIND IT...WITH OUT A PHONE (THAT WORKS). WHY THE OWNERS DO NOT PUT SOMETHING ON VIA ROTABILE THAT DENOTES THIS ADDESS, MAKING IT EASY TO FIND...I DO NOT KNOW.... THEY MUST LIKE THEIR TENANTS GETTING LOST, OR HAVE ONLY THOSE THAT KNOW WHERE IT IS ABSENT A POSTED ROAD NUMBERS ANYWHERE ON THAT ROAD. WE ARRIVED IN THE DARK OF NIGHT DUE TO A DELAYED FLIGHT, AND THOUGH IT A MIRACLE (1) OUR GPS TOOK US APPROXIMATELY CLOSE (BUT WE WERE NOT PLAYING HORSE SHOES) (2) OUR PHONE WORKED, IT MOSTLY DID NOT (2) THE CARE TAKER OR OWNER ANSWERED OUR CALL, CAME AND GOT US (WE WERE 50 METERS FROM IT). THANKS AGAIN BTW. MY ADVICE IS ARRIVE ONLY BY DAYLIGHT IF YOU CAN, LOOK UP THE PLACE ON GOOGLE STREET VIEW, THE ENTRANCE IS ILLUSTRATED THEIR (WITHOUT NUMBERS, YOU HAVE TO FIND THE POOL FIRST IN AREAL VIEW, AND LOOK FOR THE DRIVE WAY THAT LEADS TO IT, THE ENTRANCE HAS A OLD DEVELOPERS SIGN FADED NOT EASY TO SPOT AT NIGHT, AND THE DRIVE IS TIGHT, FITS ONLY ONE CAR, AND STEEP, VERY STEEP DOWN THE SIDE OF THAT MOUNTAIN TO THE LEDGE WHERE THE CONDO AND POOL ARE)....AND ITS NOT TOO FAR PAST THE GAS STATION ON VIA ROTABLE.... ANYWAY NOW THAT WE FOUND IT, YEA WE WOULD STAY THERE AGAIN!! BUT IMPLORE THE OWNER TO PUT IN WII FII AND CHARGE AN EXTRA EURO A DAY FOR IT - PLEASE!! AND HAVE PITY ON NEW CUSTOMERS FINDING THE PLACE, BY POSTING A Highly DISTINCTIVE ( BIG RED LETTERS WORK GOOD BTW BUT TASTEFUL) SIGN OR SYMBOL ON VIA ROTABLE....SO PEOPLE CAN EASILY FIND IT....
Boville Ernica provides visitors with an opportunity to look back at the art, history and traditions of that rare gem, a yet-to-be discovered area of central Italy.
Pre-Roman archaeological sites, Roman remains, the castle and the surrounding medieval wall, the peculiar story of its “condimini partecipes”, buildings and churches from the Renaissance era are all stories of Boville waiting to be told. Boville was well known for its craftsmanship and some of the old trades still survive today. One of the handicrafts for which the town is known is embroidery, an art which has grown over time with the presence of the Benedictine nuns based in a convent in the centre of the village and who produce real masterpieces with a needle and thread. Walking down the streets and alleyways of Boville it is still possible to see small shops where craftsmen work, giving colour and warmth to the daily life of the village.
Other Activities: relaxation, wine tasting, cooking lessons, embroidery lessons, sightseeing
Golf: The closest golf course is in the Fiuggi nearby Spa Village - approximate distance of 45 min drive.
