What makes this Apartment unique
We felt in Love with this condo for the view, the Sunset exposition, and the location Downtown Montreal. Ideal place to relax and work. Coming back from Paris after 25 years, we enjoy to go shopping, going to the movie, bar, restaurant, playing with squirrels on Mont-Royal Park (Scottie speaking)... without having to get a car or wait for the bus or subway (especially in Winter!). We did not want to be in the Plateau French Ghetto, too. We would be glad to share our Love of Quebec, French Canadian culture with you.

A classy hideaway near restaurants and entertainment good for short or long stays!!
Great building. Very clean. Apartment is top floor with expansive windows and air conditioning for beautiful summer sunshine. Lovely kitchen. Wifi. Laundry. Most kitchen tools. European style. Artsy feel with personal set of art and film books. Biggest collection of Scottish Terriers ever seen!! Bring a roll of toilet paper.
Thank you for your comment ! Sorry about the toilet paper... Now, we'll leave 3 rolls instead of 2/person/week. It was the first summer season we've rent our condo and we have to learn !
At their arrival, each guest find a kit of
- new Italian coffee pack + Quebecois maple butter pot + cream crackers pack,
- pasta, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper...
in order to make first breakfast or lunch.
- Bath towel + hand towel + washcloth for each person
- and now 3 rolls of paper instead of 2 ;-)
Great location. Clean and bright.
Great location. Walking distance to Jazz Festival, Old Port, Old Montreal, Downtown Montreal, Mont Royal, etc. Clean and bright and sunny. Exceeded our expectations.
Thank you to you, Jazz Lovers !
THE QUARTIER DES SPECTACLES
With a history stretching back more than 100 years, the Quartier des spectacles neighbourhood has always been a popular cultural and entertainment destination in Montreal.
The natural vibrancy of the downtown area along with the many empty lots supported the proliferation and expansion of festivals over the years. Important cultural events became one of the Quartier’s motors and one of the principal attractions of the city for tourists and locals alike (Montreal International Jazz Festival, etc).
