We are running a special for Feb 24 - March 11 in the 2 bedroom/3 bath. Only $900/night (which is more than 50% off rack rate). This particular condo has views to Lionshead (it does not face the highway). The Sebastian resort itself is located in the "Golden Triangle" of Vail Village (next to the Sonnenalp, Solaris and Four Seasons) and offers luxury decor plus 5-star amenities (including outdoor heated pool with 4 hot-tubs, full-service spa, fitness center, daily housekeeping, on-mountain ski valet, valet parking, wifi and full concierge service). Among other things, the concierge can help with arranging teen and toddler activities. There is an on-site restaurant (Leonaro's) and chic apres-ski bar called Frost. All condos have a balcony, gas fireplace, heated marble master bathroom floors, slab-granite kitchen counters, hard wood flooring in the great room and the condos come fully appointed with towels and linens, robes and slippers, plus everything you will need in the kitchen to cook a full meal -including wine glasses for that much appreciated beverage after hitting the slopes all day!

The location is ideal - you won't need a car. Nine restaurants, 5 art galleries and dozens of shops are steps from the Sebastian. It is only a 7-minute stroll to Gondola One, the main lift on Vail Mountain. Next door, enjoy a movie at Cinebistro, or take the family to BOL (the coolest bowling alley you will ever experience).

When the Sebastian (formerly the Vail Plaza Club) was built, it was the first brand-new resort in Vail in 22 years. I jumped on the opportunity to own a high-end fractional residence in the heart of Vail Village! It has everything my guests look for and need when visiting Vail: proximity to ski lifts, shopping, restaurants, art galleries...yet quiet and comfortable with every imaginable amenity.

What makes this condo unique

The Sebastian's on mountain ski valet, 'Base Camp' is ski-out to Vail Mountain's new 10-person, high-speed Gondola One (open in the summer too). You don't have to hassle with carrying your boots, poles and skis (or your bike!). Sebastian's valet service will take them to Base Camp where you can jump on the "Gondie". The Sebastian offers convenience and luxury in one package!

Tax Rate 9.8%

Prices vary according to the size of condo; we have 2 and 3 bedroom residences available. There is a weekly housekeeping fee of $325 for the 2 bedroom and $400 for the 4 bedroom.
Smoking is not permitted and pets are not allowed in the property.
If arrival date is more than 120 days from the date of booking, a deposit equal to 25% of the gross rent is due upon booking the reservation. If arrival date is between 60 and 90 days from the date of booking, a deposit equal to 50% of the gross rent is due upon booking the reservation. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. If arrival date is within 60 days of arrival, rental payment is due in full.
A cancellation made prior to 60 days of arrival will result in a $300 cancellation fee. A cancellation made within 60 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of all monies paid.
