This apartment, in the heart of the 4th arrondissement, is located directly in the famous district of the Marais. You will love to rest in the living room, very bright with its small table which will allow you to have your breakfast comfortably before going to discover the capital.
The apartment is located in the 4th arrondissement in the Marais. The apartment has been decorated throughout my life, You will discover a decoration both authentic and refined that will allow you to rest in a warm setting after a long day in the Parisian metropolis.
The apartment is made up of 1 rooms, a bathroom and a kitchen. The sofa bed is also very comfortable and largely accommodates up to 4 travelers in this accommodation.
You will have access to the whole apartment.
I may not be available to accommodate you in my apartment. If this is the case a friend of mine will come to greet you. I would of course be at your disposal to give you advice about Paris.
Le Marais is indeed a mix of past and modernity, a very trendy place and historic area with reminiscences of the past, whose streets are know for their beauty and charm. There are more cool bars and excellent restaurants in the area than you will need !
Once you pass the doors of the buiding, you will enjoy the Marais and its old streets, new shops, trendy restaurants.
A few minutes away from your nest, start your day with a healthy breakfast at Bob's Kitchen, then spend some money you don't have in a vintage shop like Omaya vintage or buy things you don't need at Hema, let you seduce by the fresh and colourful fruits and vegetables from the Marché des Enfants Rouges or by a meal at one of the many Asiatic restaurants of the neighbourhood, catch an independent film at the MK2 Beaubourg cinema or a contemporay exhibition at the Centre Pompidou, learn about techniques at the Musée des Arts et Métiers located in a former abbey, and finally, start your night with an exotic cocktail and Mexican tapas at the Candelaria before heading for a concert at the Gaité Lyrique.
Then go to sleep and do it again the next day !
I recommend you take a VTC or a taxi from the airport to the apartment or take the RER B until Châtelet then line 1 until the station Saint Paul, about 1h30.
The apartment is also easily accessible by Metro: Metro Saint Paul (line 1) 4 minutes walk from the apartment.
The apartment is also accessible by bus via lines 69, 76 or 96. (6 minutes walk)

DO NOT STAY HERE or anywhere with BNBLord
1. We arrived at the location at the agreed upon time of 2pm and while Fabio was very nice, the room was not ready and was unclean.
2. The wifi did not work as promised
3. The tub/shower did not drain - so was unusable after several showers
4. The "management" was unaccommodating and rude - the problems were never rectified so we NEVER had wifi and were UNABLE to shower after the first day.
To give more detail on number 4 - After each of the 3 of us showering the first night, the tub was full (to about 6 inches) and would not drain. Since we did not have wifi, I called from a coffee shop on our way to tour for the day. The woman I spoke to told me that she could not help with the drain if she did not have a picture. I explained that I had left the flat for the day and could not provide a picture but explained that the drain just needed to be fixed so that we could shower. She continued to insist that she could only help with a picture. We had reservations for touring for the day and I was not able to return to send her a picture. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that she was the manager. Frustrated, I suggested that if not fixed (we would be unable to shower when returning that evening) I would need to provide a bad review. She then told me that I was blackmailing her and that was illegal in France and then she HUNG UP on me! I am 52 years old and have never had that happen to me. I called back and she proceeded to hang up on me again. The drain was never fixed and we were unable to shower the rest of our stay. Unacceptable.
When I addressed the lack of wifi, she told me "that was the way it was in France - sometimes it doesn't work." She suggested unplugging and replugging in the router. We tried that and it never worked.
I have emailed the management company sharing my experience and frustration now that I have returned home and they have not acknowledged my email. The location was fantastic! Just find another flat in the same neighborhood!!
RUDE, no service
Stayed 2 nights. Arrived at agreed upon 2pm time and room was not cleaned and ready. Wifi didn't work and I was told that "that's the way it is in France" and to unplug and plug in the router - didn't work. The tub/shower would not drain. After 3 of us took a shower the water was 6 inches high. I called to ask that it be fixed so that we could shower the next night (I called from a coffee shop because no wifi) and was told 1) she could not help without a picture - I explained that I had already left the flat and was out for the day and could not send and she replied that then she could not help 2) I explained if not fixed we could not shower - she said she was sorry - with no picture she could not help 3) I asked to talk to a manager and she said she was the manager 4) Frustrated, I said that was unacceptable and if not fixed I would complain to airbnb or leave a bad review-- she told me I was blackmailing her and HUNG UP on me 5) I called back and she hung up on me again 6) The shower was never fixed and we were unable to shower DO NOT STAY HERE
