This apartment has WI-FI internet, is in a secure development on the first floor and has a balcony overlooking the communal pool and reception area. Well laid out for privacy and comfort, with the benefit of controllable air-conditioning, it contains a light and airy twin bedroom with large capacity wardrobes, a fully tiled bathroom with bath, shower and double sink, utility room with washing machine and sink, plus a beautiful fully-equipped galley kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, large fridge/freezer and microwave. The large L-shaped lounge is tastefully furnished with a leather metal-action sofa bed, matching leather armchair, plus a pine dining table and four chairs. For entertainment, this room has English television, DVD player and a CD/Radio, with a number of DVDs and CDs provided for your use. The balcony, which has spectacular mountain views, is furnished with bistro furniture for alfresco dining, as well as comfortable lounger chairs, which can be taken down to the pool.

Albir is a pretty coastal resort sandwiched between the historic market town of Altea, and Benidorm, the party capital of the Costa Blanca coastline. The area has been developed within strict building codes which limits building height, and the atmosphere throughout centres on relaxed cafe-culture living, with more than sixty bars and restaurants catering for all culinary tastes. For self-catering preferences, Albir has five large supermarkets, two within yards of the apartment, that are highly stocked at reasonable prices. The blue-flag beach is a mere fifteen minutes walk away, and boasts a smart promenade that runs the length of Albir up to Altea Marina. Livelier activities are in abundance in surrounding, easily accessible resorts, Benidorm being just 3k away. A bus-stop, situated outside the apartment development, runs every twenty minutes to all local towns. Terra Mitica theme park is another popular attraction to the area, offering a fun-filled day out for all the family.

Payment can be made in either GBP or Euros. A £100 deposit secures dates Sept - June. A 50% or £100 deposit (whichever is greater) secures July/August bookings. A 50% deposit secures long-lets of 4 weeks plus. Deposits are non-refundable. The balance must be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
