Modern villa

This was a light and airy villa, lots of space, great terrace, lovely garden interestingly planted, good facilities. Beach close by, very responsive owner.

Sehr schöne Wohnung in einen Haus mit 2 Einheiten

Wohnung im Erdgeschoss genau wie auf den Bildern, alles sehr modern und qualitativ hochwertig. Sehr gute und reichhaltige Ausstattung. Nachteilig nur eine richtige Dusche, deren Duschvorhang Stockflecken hatte. 2. Badezimmer (en Suite zum Schlafzimmer) nur als Wannenbad. Wohnung sehr hellhörig.Gartenanlage sehr schön, Parken auf dem Grundstück bei gleichzeitiger Vermietung der Wohnung im 1.OG wegen Enge aufwendig. Kleine Bucht (nicht besonders schön) zum Schwimmen im Meer und Steinstrand in direkter Nähe, einfach über die Hauptstraße und man ist da.
