. It has 70 square meters, three bedrooms, one with double double bed and 2 single beds. The living room has large sofa. TV. LED, wonderful views over Seville. With all the amenities, Air Conditioner. Very well located, with a very reasonable price and as a result we have a very high occupancy throughout the year. It is the tenth floor exterior, 2 lifts. Newly refurbished. There is a large park on the doorstep, ideal for walking, jogging, bicycle rental. Equipped with a bathroom with shower, Air conditioning, large kitchen, washing machine, refrigerator and everything needed for cooking. It brings together many qualities to be chosen, well connected to the center but far enough away to avoid crowds. You can forget about the car and enjoy the pleasure of walking through this beautiful city. The bus 37, by the house about you in minutes to the historical landmarks. Free Wifi. All refurbished. Double windows with double glazing. Very comfortable. It will be at home, at least that's our intention.

Lovely apartment

We stayed for a month in this lovely apartment. It was a real home away from home. Lovely views over the city, quiet, light and airy. Everything functioned well. Convenient for supermarkets and buses into the center of town. Olga and Luis were very helpful and caring of our well being in Seville. Seville is a beautiful, vibrant city. We certainly would like to return.

Great location and great hosts!

The apartment is located in a very nice area a little outside of the city center. There is a bus stop a 3 minute walk away from the apartment and if you take a taxi from the center to the apartment it is less than 10 euros. The hosts are amazing!!! Very nice, friendly people. They had snacks in the house for us when we came in and just gave us a ton of information about Sevilla (as an aside, I speak Spanish, I don't know if their English is as good). Overall, our experience in Sevilla was amazing and a big part of it was having such a clean, well located apartment with great hosts. There are a lot of good restaurants outside of the apartment and a bunch of convenience stores. Great location, excellent people. Definitely would recommend to friends.

Great apartment and great owners!!!

Apartment: Beautiful, large, modern, very well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment. Small details everywhere. The owners have the pride and sensibility to provide everything needed and much more like city maps, tourist pamphlets, a homemade sewing kit, coffee, seasonings, etc. It feels like a home and not an apartment with barely the basics, without consideration to the comfort and delight of the travelers. There has been a lot of thought put in here so the traveler is happy. Worth every euro.

Location: There is a bus to the side of the building that takes you to the main historic places and very close to others. The last stop of this bus route takes you to Puerta Jerez where you can find a metro and tram stop as well as other bus connections. You can also easily find and walk to the Cathedral, Reales Alcazares, Torre de Oro, shopping, restaurants, etc. There is a small supermarket on the same block as the apartment building, a couple of bars, a place to buy sim cards and bus tickets, etc. Very convenient and nice residential neighborhood. Beautiful view from kitchen and living room!

The building: The building is beautiful, clean, quiet and well maintained.

The owners: They made me feel like I was a relative coming to town and that's how they welcomed me. They gave me all the information I needed to get started about the neighborhood and Seville. They went over everything in the apartment and even gave me a phone number for taxi service and repeatedly told me to contact them if I needed anything. They are beautiful people!

I really can't think of a single thing that is missing or that I would change or that I am unhappy with. A simply perfect stay!

Excelente estancia en Sevilla

Apartamento en excelentes condiciones para pasar las vacaciones, tal cual se muestra en las fotos. Cómodo, acogedor,limpio,ordenado,con todo lo necesario y buenas vistas. Los dueños son personas muy agradables y atentas. Hemos estado muy agusto en nuestra pequeña estancia en Sevilla. Lo recomiendo.

Hemos estado muy a gusto

El piso es tal y como se describe, bien comunicado, con facilidad de aparcamiento, el autobus al centro en la puerta, y con supermercados muy cerca. Si volviésemos a visitar la ciudad Repetiríamos. Además sus propietarios, Luis y su esposa fueron muy amables.

Hemos pasado una semana y muy bien recibido por Olga y Luis. El piso era como en el annuncio. Limpio, cerca de un hypersol para hacer las compras y una panadería rica justo abajo. Hay que coger un autobús para ir al centro porque caminando tarda mas o menos 45min-1h. Hay una parada muy cerca con un autobús cada 10 minutos. El piso esta bien, no falta nada. Recomendó la propiedad ...
