This is a house of 90 square meters, Due Golfi area, about 500 meters from the famous Piazzetta of Capri.
The house consists of a living-dining room, two bedrooms, one with a double bed, the other with three single beds, one of which is hinged, two bathrooms with toilet, bidet and shower, and finally a fully equipped kitchen but not habitable.
It 'a large terrace overlooking the sea of Marina Piccola and Castiglione; the balcony was livable, furnished with a table and wicker sofas majolica.
The house is located in a quiet area, relatively far from the mundane chaos of the center; the square is still easily accessible on foot (quiet walk of about 10 minutes).
The rooms are fresh (no need air conditioning), bright, decorated in marine style.
Within walking distance are the bus stops that lead in different directions (Marina Piccola, Marina Grande and Anacapri) being able to reach the various resorts.
The house is easily reachable on foot from the main square (Two Gulfs direction) which can be reached by funicular from Marina Grande or by bus from Marina Grande port directly to the Two Gulfs area. Later in the direction of Marina Piccola, take a small road on the right (Via Torina) and walk about 20 meters with a few steps to reach the number 13a of the Villa Paratina.
Nearby there are two supermarkets, one of which also provides home care service, the other one is open 24/24h.
There are also numerous shops (butcher, pasta, fish, Bar). The sea can be reached by foot along the beautiful promenade of Via Mule, through avenues surrounded by lush island flora; it comes to the establishment of the 'Torre Saracena', or along a few more kilometers you will reach Marina Piccola.
One of the best restaurants and also more affordable, Verginiello, is located about 50 meters; here you can enjoy excellent dishes of Capri, fish and a good Neapolitan pizza.
With a pleasant walk of about 10 minutes to reach the center of Capri's famous Piazzetta, and various shops and restaurants in the area.
Capilupi hospital is nearby.
Continuing along Via Torina is possible to make the stroll Passetiello, advisable, however, only to experienced walkers provided with appropriate shoes (preferably hiking) as part of the walk consists of a dirt path between the rocks, with features overhanging the sea. Through this way you can reach the town of Anacapri.
