Excellent, affordable condo on the beach!

We had an amazing time celebrating our 10th anniversary in the Whaler #264. The kitchen saved us so much money. Everything in Hawaii is about double the price we are used to paying. It was nice to not spend $30 on breakfast in a restaurant. The Whaler pool and beach are fantastic. The pillows in the condo offer a great selection. The owners were very responsive and kind. The beach chairs and closet of items to share really helped make our beach trips comfortable. The only downside is that the condo hasnt been updated in awhile. Although if it was updated it would probably be out of our price range so whatever. That wasn’t a huge deal for us. Overall the condo worked out perfectly for us and we had a great stay.

Awesome place to stay!!

We were so happy with this condo on Maui. Our first time to the island and Kaanapali was beautiful, made even more so by staying here at the Whaler. The unit is ocean view and we had both breakfast and lunch on the balcony enjoying the view! This place has everything you need, from kitchenware to beach chairs. The king size bed was comfy and there were many pillows to choose from which was nice given I like them mushy and my husband like them firm lol. The property is well cared for and professionally managed. The front desk staff were very friendly and the valet person always ready to get your car. We loved the beach and walked each morning for an hour, another bonus. Cindy was easy to get ahold of when we had a question while there and we sensed she cared about our stay. We would choose to stay here again, no question!! Thanks Cindy.

Wonderful from the start!!!

My husband and I stayed 2 weeks at the Whaler #264. It was great from the first contact email with Cindy. The condo was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We have stayed in other condos at the Whaler and we will for sure stay here again. Condo is very comfortable, the king size bed in comfortable, plenty of pillows, towels, beach chair, boogie boards etc. Thank you so much to Cindy and Lesley for sharing your home with us. All check in, TV and laundry directions were easy to use and very helpful. The return of our deposit was quick as well. We will be back!!!

Awesome Condo!

I absolutely loved my stay at the Whaler#264. The view is incredible. Cindy was so helpful in all aspects of the booking. She was always quick to respond and kept me in the loop regarding everything about the condo. The location can't be beat. Right next to Whaler's Village mall and super close to some really great places to eat - I love the Hula Grill and Island Vintage Coffee. I would definitely stay in 264 during my next trip to West Maui.

Damage Deposit $400

A $20 per day RESORT FEE is charged directly by The Whaler and collected upon check-out. The Resort Fee grants Whaler Guests all of the following complimentary amenities; Access to a fitness center with brand new state of the art equipment, tennis courts & pickleball court, BBQ’s, sauna, beach chairs, HD TV & Wi-Fi in the individual units and in common areas, pool towels, daily refreshments at the pool and lobby, koi fish feeding for the keiki (kids), boarding pass printing and internet browsing, common area washer/dryer, parking, use of shopping carts, bell service, valet service during peak season (December-March), pool & hot tub, pool towels, and a $10 voucher for Concierge.

No interim maid service provided. An additional $125 cleaning fee for stays less than 5 nights.

This is a non-smoking property.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
  • Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
