Everyone that has stayed at this lodge is amazed and say that the photos on the web site to do not really capture how beautiful it is. This is the place to go for a true relaxing get-away. If you are looking for a private location where you can be a part of the outdoors this is it.
We enjoyed everything about Hemlock Point. It is beautiful inside and out!
What an amazing time. 12 of us stayed at the cabin to host our fantasy football draft and the house was absolutely perfect. we enjoyed riding kayaks on the lake daily, relaxing in the hot tub, grilling up feasts and cooking breakfast in the large kitchen area. Everything seemed to be very new and clean, everything worked and the house was loaded with activities for us to enjoy. It was a little difficult to find the house, but once you got there, it felt secluded and relaxing - exactly what we were looking for. We are already considering this location again for next years draft.
Me and 13 of my friends stayed here and were blown away by the house. The pictures do not do it justice. We stayed for only a weekend which was not nearly enough time. Highly recommend renting for more than 2 nights because we didn't want to leave! From the game room to the sleeping arangments, this house was everything and more than we had expected. I have rented many different mountain houses in the past and they don't even compare. Without a dought, the most beautiful and spacious house in have ever been in. Plan on renting again in the summer!
Our stay at Hemlock Pointe Lodge was surreal. A "man's weekend" of fourteen guys fit comfortably into the massive lodge. We were so secluded, we were able to let loose without worries of noise violations and angry neighbors. The property is nestled about 1 mile from any highway, and even further from a town or city. The house is directly adjacent to a private lake. Even if you're not into canoeing or kayaking, just waking up to this beautiful site is enough to float your boat. Inside, there are plenty of things to occupy you if the weather isn't cooperating, including a variety of table games, an amazing kitchen for cooking, board games, dvds, and a HUGE plasma television. And you have wifi if you need it! I was completely sold on this rental house as soon as I drove down the driveway and saw it for the first time, and I'm sure you will be too. Can't wait to get back!
My family and I have been to this lodge about 4 times in the past 2 years, and we absolutely love it to death. Always talking about it, how we want to go back, its such a great place to hangout and enjoy the outdoors and indoors. We've encountered bears, bald eagles, and plenty of deer. The fishing is OUTSTANDING, especially right off the dock... with gummy bears as bait. My best catch is an 18" pickerel right off the dock. Put up a good fight, it was great. Overall Im in love with the lodge, and hope to go more for many years to come!
