A designer 2 Bedroomed seafront Penthouse, fully air conditioned, with a breathtaking 30sqm terrace overlooking the Grand Harbour and Fort St. Angelo. Opposite is the historic town of Vittoriosa (Birgu), where the Great Siege took place in 1565. Next to it lies the cosmopolitan Cottonera Waterfront with restaurants, cafés and promenades leading to the Camper and Nicholson Yacht Marina.

The modern kitchen has all the appliances you would expect, including a dishwasher. The open plan living room leads directly onto the terrace and there is free broadband internet WiFi throughout the apartment.

Towards the rear one can find two double bedrooms and a terrace overlooking a quiet street of character, typical of the area. There is also a separate bathroom.

The Penthouse is perfectly situated for all the cultural sights in the area. Valletta is a short trip away on the regular ferry across the harbour. There is a good bus service for €6.50 per person of unlimited travel across all of Malta for a week. Hiring a car is recommended, especially if you would like to visit the sister islands of Gozo and Comino, go swimming or explore off the beaten track.

There are restaurants and cafés along the Senglea promenade and the Vittoriosa waterfront is only a short walk around Dockyard Creek, or a quick hop across the water on a traditional water taxi, Dghajsa (“dysa”), that resembles a gondola. There you will find a variety of restaurants, wine bars and cafés.

The Marsa Sports Club, offering tennis and golf facilities, lies just a couple of miles away.

The Penthouse is on the 3rd floor with lift.

Great apartment with fantastic views

Great apartment with fantastic views. Good local services but you will need a reasonable standard of mobility to move around the locality. The locals made us feel very welcome, and Joseph was very nice to do business with. It was our first visit to Malta but it won’t be our last.

Fantastic apartment with the most amazing views

The apartment delivered a high level of excellence in all areas. It was very well equipped, spacious and the outside balcony is very large with million dollar views. It was tempting to just sit on the balcony all day with a glass of vino watching all the yachts and boats pass by. I found the owner very very helpful, nothing was to much trouble. The apartment is well located. The apartment added a lot to a very enjoyable time in Malta. I have no hesitation in highly recommending a stay here.

We cannot wait to return. Don't really need to say any more than that!

Great location to just relax with loads of quality eating and drinking places a short stroll away.

But... so easy (and enjoyable) to take a water taxi or the ferry to Valletta where it is very easy to catch a bus anywhere on the Island or just explore the many attractions of Valletta itself.

Joseph and Daniel were very helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend!

Great apartment with exceptional views

We stayed here two years ago and promised ourselves a return trip. So here we are again, still love the apartment and never tire of the wonderful views of the Grand Harbour.

On days out, the bus station is less than 5 minutes walk and the little ferry to Valetta just over 10 minutes walk. There are little shops for the essentials within easy reach and a choice of restaurants on the waterside both on the Senglea waterfront and across the harbour on Vittoriosa waterfront.

Joseph and Daniel who deal with letting the property and check visitors in and out are easy to contact and flexible with times.

All together a great place whether this is your first visit to Malta or you are a regular visitor.

Outstanding apartment and service.

The apartment and location was everything we wished for. From beginning to end everything was dealt with in a friendly and professional manner. All communications were straightforward and response time was quick. Joseph met us on arrival and showed us round the apartment. The provided information booklet was excellent. Daniel, the owner, helped us to check out and was keen to hear about our holiday experience. He helped us with our luggage, walked with us to the taxi and stayed with us until the taxi arrived. He was friendly and charming. The apartment itself was exactly as described and as shown in the photographs.The views were stunning - arguably some of the best in Malta. The apartment was very clean and tidy, and well maintained. Although at the top of the building, there is a lift for those that might be put off by the steps. The local area was genuinely Maltese as opposed to touristy. The local shops had all the essentials and the local restaurants were all excellent and very reasonably priced. The food and service in 'Enchante' were particularly good. We found getting around the island very easy and cheap on public transport. The most pleasant and quickest way to Valletta was by the ferry, but from there it is only a short walk to the bus station from where you can easily get to anywhere on the island. We particularly enjoyed Mdina and the fish restaurants at Masaxlokk.

We only had a short stay in the apartment, but it was everything we could have wished for. I would not hesitate in recommending it to others.

Beautiful apt with somptuous view on Valletta

The apartment is located in Senglea, that is one the historic Three Cities. It is located at the top of an old building with a lift, with an incredible view on Grand Harbour and Valletta. After a 15 min walk along Senglea-Birgu marina, you reach the sea shuttle stop that brings you to Valletta in 10 minutes. The area is quiet, with few tourists and an authentic Maltese feel.

In addition to a big terrace, the apartment has huge bay windows and is very pleasant to live in. It is very well equipped and really nicely decorated with a personal touch.

Groceries, as well as restaurants along the marina, are at walking distance

We would definitely recommand the apartment.
