This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo is perfectly located on 4 O'clock Road in the heart of Breckenridge's upper village. From here everything is in walking dining, shopping and nightlife. The snowflake ski lift is just 200 yards up the street, and you can ski back on the 4 O'clock ski run right across the street. Main street is just a block and half away, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a free shuttle that stops right out front of our building which will take you to the snowflake lift, either of the two main base areas, or anywhere in town. The condo can sleep 6 adults comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed fitted with high quality linens and down comforters. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper. Other amenities include free wireless internet, a hot tub just steps from the front door, private ski storage, underground parking, and access to a heated pool a short walk from our building.

Great Place

Great property. Easy to get to everywhere, no need to drive. Ski to within 100 yards of the property. Large and roomy for 2-bedrooms. The fact there is a second floor and the bedrooms are away from the living areas was a plus. Nice furnishings with everything you need. Parking underground, so no worries about the car. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions. I will certainly rent this again.

Great location , close to Main Street Breckenridge.

We did enjoy this condo. It was clean and location was great. Needed a few updates though. Seating in the living room is limited and the sofa not very comfortable. Beds were comfortable but could use more lighting, only one lamp on a bedside table that wasn't controlled by light switch, in the 2nd bedroom. John if you update, consider a mirror some wear in the 2nd bedroom and the fan in the bathroom is very inefficient. Had 4 adults staying here, ran out of basic silverware after 1-2 meals each day so running the dishwasher a lot, though towels and basics supplies were well stocked. For the price and location this was a great deal in Breckenridge.

The condo was perfect for our visit in Breckenridge. John was very pleasant to work with and was quick to reply to any questions we had. The condo was clean and had plenty of extra supplies. The kitchen had an assortment of items needed to cook while we were there which was great. It was a short walk to downtown as well. John also had suggested several hikes, bike trails, places to eat and shopping for us to do while there which was helpful. I would definitely use this condo again!! Thanks for everything John!!

Lots of room! Great location.

The property is between the slopes and main street. Older property but maintained.

Two of us states in he spacious 2bedroom. The host left lots of instructions on how to use the various amenities. The beds are a little small of you are planning to share beds with friends. Loved the steam shower in one of the bedrooms. Shuttle was just outside the complex and easy ride to the base. Easy 2 block walk to the middle of main street.

Great Location, Great Condo, Great Owner!

This was a very nice place to stay! Recently remodeled. Well furnished and Comfortable. One of the cleanest units we have ever stayed in. Well equipped with plenty of everything. Nice not having to run to the grocery for toilet paper, paper towels, etc! Owner always was available for questions! This unit was within walking distance to a lift on Peak 7. Bus/Shuttle system seemed to running like clockwork. We had a lot of fun at Apre's testing the libations and playing cards. Main street was very family oriented with a variety of shops for all ages! Great family fun!! Mike
