This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom condo is perfectly located on 4 O'clock Road in the heart of Breckenridge's upper village. From here everything is in walking distance...skiing, dining, shopping and nightlife. The snowflake ski lift is just 200 yards up the street, and you can ski back on the 4 O'clock ski run right across the street. Main street is just a block and half away, with plenty of shops, restaurants and bars. There is also a free shuttle that stops right out front of our building which will take you to the snowflake lift, either of the two main base areas, or anywhere in town. The condo can sleep 6 adults comfortably. There are 2 bedrooms, each with a queen size bed fitted with high quality linens and down comforters. In the living room there is a queen size sofa sleeper. Other amenities include free wireless internet, a hot tub just steps from the front door, private ski storage, underground parking, and access to a heated pool a short walk from our building.

Great property. Easy to get to everywhere, no need to drive. Ski to within 100 yards of the property. Large and roomy for 2-bedrooms. The fact there is a second floor and the bedrooms are away from the living areas was a plus. Nice furnishings with everything you need. Parking underground, so no worries about the car. The owner was very helpful and responsive to all our needs and questions. I will certainly rent this again.

Comfortable and Convenient!

We were very happy with our stay in this condo. The location was perfect for a walk to town for dining or the children's museum. The bus stop across the street was so much appreciated instead of trying to walk up the hill to the lift! Our family of four was perfectly comfortable in this condo for the week. The kids were happy to find the basket with blocks and markers and the endless stack of paper for coloring : ) The condo is completely updated and the sink basins sit on top of the counters, which meant our kids weren't able to reach the faucets. The step stool we found in the closet was much needed and we were relieved to find that the owners have thought of everything! Great place and we would definitely think to stay here again on a return trip to Breck!

Location, location, location

We had a great experience. This unit was very centrally located and had everything we needed! We will definitely stay here again. The homeowner's instructions were right on point and was very friendly and easy to get in contact with. I highly recommend this unit.

This was our first trip to Breck and we were not disappointed. The condo is in a great position where you can walk to just about everything, from the ski lifts, to restaurants and supermarkets. The bus stop just outside is also handy when you feel a little tired after a hard days skiing.

The condo was great for our family of 4, with the pull out lounge being utilised by our teenage daughter. The great thing about the condo was all those little extras that do not normally come provided eg coffee beans, spices, oils etc etc. Certainly made life much easier when cooking in the evenings.

John was great to deal with, and quickly answered any questions we had. Breakage deposit was returned within 24 hours of us leaving the condo

Loved the Breck village, and loved the variety of craft beers on offer!! Local people very friendly and keen for a chat. Will hopefully plan a summer trip in the next year or two.

This was our 6th winter trip to Breck, usually with my wife, but this was a father son trip..and I had asked some friends and their sons to go along. We have stayed in a few different places in Breck before, so being a guy trip, we just needed the basics, but our condo was way more than I expected. Everything we needed was there and in abundance. We even had a blow up matress, as my oldest son slept downstairs to get away from my snoring :) great location..just a 3 min hike up to the snowflake lift, but not so far up the hill, just a short hike to main street and great food! The 4oclock run was just across the road too. If there is a negative it's the washer dryer..smaller unit, but efficient. If your planning on washing a lot, the dryer is a little slow...and the lint trap is in the very back on the right side. All in all we had an awesome time..when my wife saw the pics she told me I'm not going back without her"! Lol. John is wonderful to work with, the online booking a breeze. I hope we can stay in this condo again!
