This 2 Master Suite townhome is located just steps from the Fraser River, in the Telemark Complex on the north end of the town of Winter Park. It really is perfect for two families vacationing together. There is nothing left out of this unit. It comes equipped with a private hot tub, internet access, garage, washer and dryer, full kitchen, gas grill, TV's, and much more.

The layout is as follows:

Lowest level: master suite with king bed and full bath with double sinks and tub/shower combination.

Second level: garage entrance, kitchen, dining, and deck access.

Third level: 2 bedrooms, each with a full under a twin bunk. Full bathroom in the hall and washer and dryer access.

Top level: Seconed master suite with king bed, full bathroom with double sinks and shower, a 'loft' area with TV and seating area.


This is a great property, and we enjoyed our stay very much- the view of the New Year's Eve fireworks from the family room was great!

About Becky Shaw

My name is Bill Honn, I am one of the owners and the manager of Tincup. Three years ago I put together a group of friends and friends of friends to build a house in Winter Park. A few of us decided to purchase this unit to utilize primarily as a rental. ( There is currently 1/4 of this unit for sale)

I have worked in Design and Construction my whole life. My experience has been in the boardrooms of Corporate Real Estate Development in Washington DC, to Commercial and Residential Architecture and Residential Construction Management in Fort Collins, Colorado.

I am a husband to Holly and father of three boys Hunter (22), Tyler (19), and Travis (18). We are a skiing, or should I say ski/boarding family. I am by training an Architect, by experience a Real Estate Developer and at heart a man of integrity. I am a team builder and my team is made up of relationships that I have nurtured over the years. I have been developing projects in Winter Park for the last four years, but I have been building my greatest resource, my friends and associates, for the last thirty years.

I see the enormous potential for Winter Park. Because I experienced it in Beaver Creek twenty years ago and witnessed its fruition. Come dream with me. Together we can enjoy a unique Rocky Mountains experience, watch Winter Park mature and have a great time along the way.

We loved the location on the Fraser River, the in-town location, the proximity to ski busses to the mountain, and the icing on the cake is the new Town Recreation Center.

What makes this townhome unique

We are within walking distance to all in-town activities and the soon to be completed Recreation Center with an indoor pool but the biggest amenity is the Fraser River in the backyard.

4 floors allowed us to spread out and have our own space, yet still be connected with the main floor kitchen, dining, living area! Loved the hot tub after a full day of skiing! Garage a plus!

Beautiful and comfortable

Our stay in Loft was amazing. Home was very cozy. Beautiful views in every angle. Weather was delightful, especially for us being from Houston. We stayed in this very Loft in 2008. God willing and with permission with homeowners will be back again.

What a great cabin!

There were 8 adults and 3 kids that stayed in the cabin. It is a really great layout - some of the bedrooms are removed from the main living space so the kiddos can sleep while the adults hang out! It is pretty much on the opposite side of town from the ski resort, but the drive is quick and there is a shuttle stop across the street from the cabin too. The house is well equipped for families, including kid plates and even a bottle brush! Jacuzzi is fantastic and feels great after a day on the slopes!

The only thing that was a little touchy was the plumbing - the water sensor went off right when we got there and it took us a while to figure out how to reset it.

Very nice place to stay and close to Hernandos! Would recommend this place to others.Bunk beds were not the most comfortable but worked for large families. Hot was great! We had a wonderful family ski vacation!

Great property, convenient to downtown and bus or quick drive to the hill. Walk to Hernandos for awesome pizza. We fit 4 adults and 5 kids easily.
