I came to wine country on vacation, and I never left. I love the Napa Valley ~ the lifestyle the people and the picturesque beauty.
Belinda Cappelli purchased this house in 2005
After researching investment properties extensively, I decided to buy a vacation rental in my own beloved town of Napa. It's an area that I know so well, and feel so confident and excited about. The location is wonderful, close to hundreds of wineries, only an hour to San Francisco and the Ocean. Napa Valley offers everything from scores of world-class restaurants, outdoor recreation, great shops,a premium outlet mall, and a newly restored waterfront.
The location is so convenient, we are less than a mile from the heart of the downtown area yet in a quiet, tree-lined street. Start the day with a walk up Spencer Street and have a fresh pastry and cup of coffee at a Napa Institution, the Butter Cream Bakery. Stroll into downtown, it's just six blocks to Main Street. Only a half mile from St. Helena Hwy, the wineries and all the Napa Valley has to offer are minutes away. The town of Yountville is just nine miles and the gorgeous Carneros region is less than five miles.
Great location close to downtown.
Owner was responsive, house is clean & cozy. Located near the "new" downtown Napa (Oxbow Market, Andaz, etc.). The indoor living space is on smaller side, but overall would recommend the Bungalow for the right circumstances (small family or two couples).
We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving. We prepared our Thanksgiving feast and the house had everything needed. We were 5 adults and 1 child, so we had to bring folding chairs for the table. I would suggest keeping 2 on hand for extra guests. We enjoyed playing games and watching movies as well as a few wineries in St. Helena. Downtown Napa was fun even in the rain.

We enjoyed our stay at this Spanish bungalow in Napa. It was in a very convenient location to get to the wineries, as well as to downtown Napa for dinner. The accommodations were comfortable. Would come back again in the future!
My group of four adults stayed at La Casita for 5 nights. It was cute and cozy and was in a great location to tour Napa. The taqueria at the end of the street was delicious, parking was easy, and the hot tub was great. The only complaints we had were the King bed was too soft and dipped oddly, probably at the end of its life, and the kitchen table was falling apart and needs to be replaced. The dishwasher was broken during our stay, but was communicated before we arrived and luckily the only dishes we had were wine glasses. Also, Belinda left us a bottle of wine to enjoy :)
We would definitely stay here again when touring Napa if the bed was replaced. Thank you!!!
Our stay was very nice at Belinda's home. She was easily and readily accessible when we had questions and was very helpful.

Normally we have a 2 night minimum, but we will make exceptions for one night stays if it fits well in our calendar or it's a last minute visit!
We may also decline a reservation if it does not fit well into our calendar. For example, if you request a two night stay in the middle of a four night opening months in advance, we may ask you to extend your stay, shift your arrival day one day forward or back or ask that you find other accommodations. We don't like to turn away anyone, but this is a business and we can't leave days open on both sides of a reservation when we have a lot of time and opportunity to fill our calendar more fully. Sorry!
