About Belinda Cappelli

I came to wine country on vacation, and I never left. I love the Napa Valley ~ the lifestyle the people and the picturesque beauty.

Belinda Cappelli purchased this house in 2005

Why Belinda Cappelli chose Napa Valley

After researching investment properties extensively, I decided to buy a vacation rental in my own beloved town of Napa. It's an area that I know so well, and feel so confident and excited about. The location is wonderful, close to hundreds of wineries, only an hour to San Francisco and the Ocean. Napa Valley offers everything from scores of world-class restaurants, outdoor recreation, great shops,a premium outlet mall, and a newly restored waterfront.

What makes this house unique

The location is so convenient, we are less than a mile from the heart of the downtown area yet in a quiet, tree-lined street. Start the day with a walk up Spencer Street and have a fresh pastry and cup of coffee at a Napa Institution, the Butter Cream Bakery. Stroll into downtown, it's just six blocks to Main Street. Only a half mile from St. Helena Hwy, the wineries and all the Napa Valley has to offer are minutes away. The town of Yountville is just nine miles and the gorgeous Carneros region is less than five miles.

Cozy, well equipped with great access to downtown restaurants and wineries.

  • 4 of 5

This house was a great place to call our "home base" between visiting wineries during the day and having dinner downtown in the evenings. The quaint private patio with hot tub was an added bonus for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.

Wonderful little house in a great location

  • 5 of 5

We recently spent 3 nights at this adorable Spanish-style bungalow. The owners have really thought of everything. The linen closet in particular is very well organized and labeled! It was sparkling clean and very comfortable. I slept in the smaller bedroom, but my brother and fiancee said the pull out sofa bed was comfortable too (!). We didn't use the hot tub -- too busy eating delicious food and drinking delicious wine. The location is great -- half a block from a taqueria, maybe ?10? blocks from the buttercream bakery (good breakfast options and pastries), and easy access to freeways and roads to wineries. We could probably have walked to downtown, but we were too lazy so drove. I wanted to also say how easy the owners/managers were to work with. First we were bringing my little dogs, then we weren't. First we had 3 people then 5 people and then back to two people with my siblings and their significant others deciding to be there for one night or another. They were responsive, flexible, and great to work with. I am recommending this VRBO to everyone and hope to come back someday.

La Casita is so charming!

  • 5 of 5

We loved our stay at La Casita! My husband, daughter and I biked back and forth to Bottlerock, which was very convenient. We all thought the house was perfect - full of charm and very clean. It was also great to have a backyard with a little garage. My husband enjoyed the hot tub too! Oh, and the tagueria at the corner is excellent. We will stay here again the next time we're in Napa.

Great place close to downtown Napa

  • 5 of 5

The accommodations as advertised, very nice and fit our group of four perfectly. We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops and also centrally located so easy to get to freeways to get out to wine country. The hot tub was a great way to wind down after long days touring the area and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this rental to others. Thanks for a great experience!

Please note that we charge the higher, weekend rate for holidays and require a 3 night minimum on holiday weekends and Bottle Rock. The quotable rates here do not account for those special days. We will send you a quote via email.

We will consider one dog on an individual basis. A Pet fee of $50.00 plus tax will apply if accepted.

Normally we have a 2 night minimum, but we will make exceptions for one night stays if it fits well in our calendar or it's a last minute visit!

We may also decline a reservation if it does not fit well into our calendar. For example, if you request a two night stay in the middle of a four night opening months in advance, we may ask you to extend your stay, shift your arrival day one day forward or back or ask that you find other accommodations. We don't like to turn away anyone, but this is a business and we can't leave days open on both sides of a reservation when we have a lot of time and opportunity to fill our calendar more fully.
