Castleberry Hill, our neighborhood was the original warehouse district in the city. (castleberryhill org) After falling to a nearly abandoned state, it was discovered by artists in the late 80's and began to come alive again. As the warehouses were gradually converted to residential lofts and diversity of inhabitants grew, the area became a great place to call home. Now a landmark district, the area has attracted many new businesses, art galleries and residential loft developments.
Amazing historic building, great value and impeccable.
I lived in this loft for 8 months of 2015. It was a wonderful experience. Friendly neighbors, quiet and private, surrounded by art galleries and a couple of good restaurants within walking distance, well designed and comfortable, I would strongly recommend this loft. In unit W/D was a huge plus and the entire unit is stocked for any need. The owner was very responsive to anything that came up.
I spent January 2011 in this great cool loft, I discovered a new area of Atlanta filled with art, good food and real neighbors. The loft was just what I wanted; close to Downtown, away from Buckhead types, well equipped and quiet. I would recommend anyone who wants to see a little different part of Atlanta to stay in this clean, cool sexy loft. Easy to deal with and caring the owners are exactly what makes VRBO a great idea. Bottle rocket was my hangout, the owner lives on the same street as the loft is on and it has a local vibe that makes the area what it really is.
