A very light apartment overlooking Fulham's most popular green space, minutes from the tube station, and with a lovely roof terrace. This one bedroom home is very popular to Ivy Lettings guests wanting easy city centre access but a chance to enjoy a quiet residential neighbourhood. This apartment has been lovingly put together by its Fashion Art Director owner.
Living & Eating
Melt into the deep sofa in the living room and relax. There’s a state-of-the-art television to keep you entertained, with the option of Apple TV for those who have brought their Mac. Browse the bookshelves filled with an intriguing collection of fashion and photography catalogues: Miu Miu, Vogue, Boman. High white walls, tall elegant lamps and a glass dining table (to seat 6) all contribute to the sense of space.
In finer weather why not take time out on the rooftop terrace instead? Filled with pretty pot plants and overlooking the rooves of the city, it’s the ideal spot for a morning coffee with the papers or a glass of wine in the evening. The kitchen is clean-cut and filled with all the essentials..
Bedrooms & Bathrooms
A cosy bedroom with a king size (5ft wide) bed. The bathroom is modern, clean and bright with a bath and shower-head. There is the option of accommodating an extra guest on the large sofa in the living room.
Access & Layout
You are on the 2nd floor up two flights of stairs. There is another set of stairs within the property. Ideal for couples, solo travellers or small families.
On Your Doorstep
Perfectly positioned on one of the three points of Parson’s Green, you’ll find yourself with ample amenities on your door-step (Starbucks, is your next door neighbour!) The White Horse sits on the second of the three points. An iconic London dining and drinking spot, famous for its BBQs, sunny beer garden, warm interior and welcoming, urban crowd, it’s an experience in itself. Mao Tai, an upmarket bar and restaurant serving delicious South East Asian cuisine is one not to be missed. The King’s Road, famed for its designer shops and classy bars, like Bluebird, is a very short bus ride (or peddle on a Boris Bike), away. Parsons Green Tube is moments away, offering quick links to the rest of the city.
This Fulham vacation rental will suit couples or a small family; in particular our American clients will appreciate the state of the art appliances and impeccable decor throughout the apartment. Equally it will serve as excellent corporate accommodation, with easy tube access to the City.

Lovely spacious flat in an ideal location for all the amenities of Parsons Green! Ivy lettings were extremely responsive and reliable and ensured maximum comfort throughout my stay. Parsons Green is a fantastic place to stay with great restaurants and leisure facilities right on your doorstep - namely Hallys for an amazing breakfast or lunch, Koji for wonderful Japanese and cocktails - and Katie and Jo for the perfect boutique! For fitness you are totally spoilt with Claire Finlay at the Transition Zone, Ride Republic and HeartCore all within a ten minute walk.
We loved our five night stay in this flat. Great location, across the street from a park and down the block from grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Tube station easy walking distance, so convenient! Comfortable, modern accommodation with the bonus of a rooftop balcony, great for enjoying breakfast and watching sunsets. Stayed 8 nights at Parsons Green and had a great time. The flat was very comfortable, with a bright and airy sitting/living area. It was our home away from home and is exactly as advertised. From the initial inquiry to the end of our stay, Ivy Lettings has been responsive with my numerous emails and questions. It is a short (approx 5 minutes) walk to the Parsons Green tube station, shops and restaurants. We are looking forward to another visit and plan to stay at Parsons Green again!
