Ideal for honeymooners, couples, retirees, girlfriends or 'mom's week away'. Our 'island flavor' unit has one bedroom, one bath and is fully furnished with fluffy new linens. A fully-equipped kitchen, king-size bed, walk-in closet, flat screen TV in the living room, 1 TV in the bedroom and wi-fi. Spotless and well maintained.
Some may be less expensive, but none are better.
My husband grew up in Brunswick and I grew up on St. Simons Island. Every excuse we can find to return to visit this glorious island we take advantage of. I will be a 'hands on' manager/owner and will continue the high standards that the previous owner set. I will take great pride in maintaining this property for everyone's enjoyment.

St. Simons Island is one of the few places left to visit that maintains that small town atmosphere and friendly and relaxing feel. The pace is unhurried and the dress is casual. There are other destinations close by for day trips, like Jekyll Island, Little St. Simons and Cumberland Island which have history and lovely beaches. St. Simons has about two miles of beaches, Neptune Park with family activities, plus community theater and a great public library making it a great place to visit. Biking is a wonderful past time with bike paths all over the island and the island is very flat. If you love nature, the hundred year old live oaks with the hanging spanish moss are beautiful. Concerts and art shows are held in the park in warm weather, and there is a Tour of Homes during the holidays. The PGA holds the McGladrey tournament here in the fall. Yachting, sailing and deep sea fishing are available as well as a casino ship with daily cruises. All things together make St. Simons a great place to visit or live.
Enjoyed our stay here. It's been a perfect week with good weather and a great place to stay. Debbie you are awesome and the condo was very clean, comfortable with the conveniences of home.
This was a beautiful condo within walking distance of shopping and the beach. Off season rates were quite reasonable. The two seafood restaurants recommended were excellent and not expensive. A few nit-picky issues. There were a couple of light bulbs out. We tried to use the oven to reheat some food and it started to smoke from uncleaned drips. Used the microwave instead.
We spent 4 nights in this well appointed condo over Christmas. It was clean, very comfortable bed, fully stocked kitchen, everything you need to make for a wonderful stay. The grounds are also well maintained. I would highly recommend this condo and complex when staying in St. Simons.
The Ocean Walk unit is a great location and a very nice unit. It was very god for visiting guests for the three days. It is well appointed and in perfect condition. The owners are very responsive and cooperative. I would certainly use again if the situation a rises.
Clean and comfortable condo that is in a great location on the island and within Ocean Walk development. We liked the ground floor location. Even a nice view within the grounds. Close to pool. Easy 10 minute walk to main commercial area and pier, lighthouse. St Simons is a million times more charming than Hilton Head, and right next door to Jekyl too.
We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was very nicely decorated and convenient to everything we wanted to do. It was very clean and that is tops on my list. I highly recommend this to anyone visiting SSI and I plan on returning!!
St Simons Island, Georgia is 1 hour north of Jacksonville, Florida & 1 hour south of Savannah, Georgia. It is approximately 5.5 hours south of Atlanta, Georgia. All roads are Interstate-4, 6 or 8 lanes of traffic with most speed limits set at 70 mph.

To confirm your reservation 1/2 the total is due immediately with signed rental agreement and the balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Rates my change unless you have a confirmed reservation with your deposit sent in. For guests staying 30 days or more we require a light cleaning by Cassandra Walton, our housekeeper, every 2 weeks. This cleaning cost of $50.00 per cleaning will be included on the rental agreement and Cassandra will contact you to set the dates. Please read your rental agreement carefully for all the terms of the rental.
