"relaxing getaway! "

Lovely area located just a minutes walk to the beach. Plenty of really nice restaurants located along the promenade. the locals are also very friendly. Would recommend!

Recommended for: Age 55+, tourists without a car and romantic getaway

Board walk to protect your feet from the hot sand where you can hire Sun loungers & sun parasols for an hour, day or week. Golf Playa Serena Golf 3 km approx , La Envia Golf 10 km. Bike hire on promenade ,Boat and water sports at Real Club Nautico. Sightseeing Train outside local Hotel. Almeria Town is approx 25 mins drive .skying 1 hour and 56 minutes drive , Granada has the Alcazaba Moorish Castle, Cathedral, shops, bars and restaurants and there is also a beach front. The Gran Plaza Shopping Mall is just 15 minuets and has some nice boutiques, restaurants and a cinema (reached by bus). There is a Waterpark and Aquarium near the Gran Plaza. A weekly market (except for the last Thursday of the month) and a Sunday market at Vicar. Fishing port/Marina is a mile away walking distance. A perfect location for that quiet relaxing holiday. Loved the array of local cafes and bars, as well as the lovely beach walks. The apartment had everything we needed: space; cooking facilities; TV; and a fabulous balcony and roof terrace. Hopefully, the first of many stays!!!!!

The perfect location for a relaxing holiday. Only a couple of minutes walk to the beach restaurants and bike shop. Long promenade for walking and a fabulous cycle path which we used every day. Sunshine and serenity😁

Spacious,clean and a very central location.

The property was in a very central location,only a two minute walk to the beach and a number of restaurants. It was very clean with loads of linen and a very welcome starter pack of water,milk and teabags . Lovely location for a walker as the promenade stretched for miles. Bus stop was a two minute walk also. We ate in a number of different restaurants and would recommend all. We will be returning to the area and to this apartment if it's available when we are.

Or you can stick to short walks and sun worshiping on our sun beds cooling off with a shower on our roof top,maybe spend an hour or two just chilling out on the beach .

Appartement très propre, conforme aux photos et très confortable: ventilateurs aux plafonds et climatiseurs dans les 2 chambres et le séjour, lave-linge, four, micro-ondes, linge de maison fourni.

De plus le logement est très bien situé, on peut tout faire à pied: supermarché bon marché à 200 m, plage surveillée de 14km très propre et peu fréquentée à 200m, animations gratuites le soir au château Santa Ana à 10 mn à pied. On peut aussi se garer facilement.

Enfin la piscine (pataugeoire + bassin moyen/grand) est ouverte tous les jours de 10h00 à 22h00. Ambiance familiale.

Je recommande vraiment ce logement, excellent rapport qualité/prix (le ménage, le wifi, l'eau et l'électricité -si on ne dépasse pas 3 euros par jour d'électricité- sont inclus dans le prix).

Je reviendrai avec plaisir.

Home Away From Home With Sun Shine

We stayed in the apartment for 11 nights. I have to say we couldn't ask for better. Apartment was lovely and clean and had everything in it you could possibly want. It has a roof terrace which we didn't use as there is another balcony just off sittingroom which had a lovely table and chairs there. Very safe and secure apartment block. 3 minutes walk to the beach. would have no hesitation returning in the morning

Excellent restaurants in area. Magnificent Promenade with plenty of seating. Buses and supermarket nearby. A really great place for a holiday and hope to return very soon.
