Built in 2018 by Georgantas Development with uncompromising quality, style and luxury in mind, this 4-bedroom, 3 full and 1 half bathroom home offers in-town living at its best. Decorated with one of a kind specialty pieces and ideally situated on one of the most quiet and charming historic streets in the heart of downtown Nantucket. 1st Floor: Open living and dining area, and fully stocked kitchen and gas fireplace. 2nd Floor: Master bedroom with private bath with double sink and shower, and a guest bedroom with private bath with twin beds which can be set up as a king for a small extra fee upon request with a private bath with double sink, tub and shower. Lower Level: TV room and two bedrooms, each with queen beds and a shared shower bathroom.

First Floor
The bright entryway, which includes a powder room, connects to an open layout living room, dining room, and kitchen. The living room includes a gas fireplace and a television. Off of the living room a door leads to the outdoor patio with a gas grill, furniture and an outdoor shower.

Lower Level
The family room with television greets you as you enter the lower level of the guest house with ample hangout space. Directly off the family room is the laundry room. Continuing down the hallway towards the back of the guest house are guest beds one and two. Both rooms offer a queen-sized bed and ample closet space. A shared bath is adjacent to these two rooms.

Second Floor
The second floor is comprised of both the master suite and guest bed three. The master bedroom has a king bed, television, and full en-suite bath. Guest bed three has two twin beds, and en-suite bath with a double vanity sink. Both rooms have ample closet space

Beautiful home, wonderful location

Our family of 5 stayed in this home for our son’s wedding. Everything was perfect! Two en-suite king beds on the second floor, ideal for the couples, and a very comfortable queen bed for our one of our boys. We never used the second queen bedroom on the lower level but that area was spacious, quiet and provided a nice hang-out area in addition to the living room. The house is beautifully decorated and well-appointed in every way. I particularly appreciated the bathrooms that had a lot of natural light and double sinks. It made getting ready for the wedding much easier. The walk into town is a snap, and the neighborhood is quiet. The owner is quick to respond to questions and was a pleasure to work with from start to finish. We truly hope we have the opportunity to stay here again. It was fantastic!

Perfect Home for our first visit to Nantucket

Elizabeth's home is absolutely perfect. We were visiting Nantucket with my 3 adult kids and their SOs for a wedding. We have stayed in many rentals all over the world and I've never found one as well-appointed with everything you could need. The beds were heavenly comfortable, the decor is beyond elevated but at the same time completely comfy, and the location can't be beat. Elizabeth was super easy to reach and responded immediately to every inquiry. We hope to return again!
