The situation and the charm of our house on the peninsula make it a place apart, between the Greek and Provencal spirit. In the evening, the ballet lights and a permanent show.
The district overlooks the village, close to the port. You can walk in the surrounding trails in five minutes, and discover on the hill, the other side of the peninsula, the sunset and the "rocks of the two brothers". We go down to the beach Coudoulière in 10 minutes walk by a path. Finally, from the top of the hill, life in the harbor always appears changing. .
Either one arrives by car, by the road- one crosses La Seyne sur Mer, and one borrows the road of La Renaudière - (the tourist road) or one arrives by the train station of Toulon, and there, one can go towards the port and take the boat shuttle that takes you to St Mandrier; if it is not conveyed, it is the shortest; the house is 400 meters from the pontoon "President"
The entrance of our house, shaped rotunda serves the living room, dining room and a terrace where it is good to have a drink. It also serves a corridor that goes to 1 bedroom with a large bed, closet, bathroom (bath) toilet and ground floor laundry room. The staircase leading to the first, serves the second bedroom (double bed too) closet, a large bathroom with shower and toilet and a third bedroom with two single beds. Both bedrooms overlook the solarium and are equipped with air conditioners.
4 terraces in all, located in different axes of the house allow everyone to enjoy the view;
The main terrace is furnished with tables and chairs, allowing you to have all your meals facing the sea.
We are lucky to have a lift for people with reduced mobility, a bathroom and a room on the ground floor.
