About Faith Kubiak

I am a painter by vocation and my partner Jeff is a marine tech professional and master fisherman. My family moved here when I was a child and the magic of the local scenes and moody seacoast led me to see and portray the world in a luminous impressionistic way. Kennebunkport was a pretty wonderful place to grow up with its vivid seasons, marvelous architecture and rugged natural beauty - not to mention all its gifted artists, craftspeople and other creatives who were born or settled here, and the friendly egalitarian energy of its Town Meeting culture. The town is also full of fascinating history, charming bistros and secret havens that we are always happy to share.

We stayed here for the first time last summer in August and the apartment was beautiful! I loved that this rental is walking distance to restaurants, activities, etc. The listing description was very accurate. The apartment was well-maintained and very clean. All the amenities are included: coffee maker, sheets, blankets, ironing board, iron, etc. The owner, Faith, provided great customer service and responded to requests very quickly. For example, the coffee maker broke and we had a new one the next day! We love this apartment and will come here every year! I would recommend this rental to my friends and relatives.

You cannot beat the location of this clean apartment in a historic old home on a quiet street in Kennebunkport. Access to the port, its restaurants, and fun activities are all within walking distance. While the property is not for tourists that want the most modern appliances and amenities, Faith has all the key essentials, like wifi, to make your stay a great one. It's a great launch pad for checking out Maine's southern coast.

Perfect Location

I will be renting the 2 bedroom apartment for the 3rd summer in 2017.

Faith, the owner, is a wonderful hostess.

The apartment is very clean and her art decorates the walls giving it a very cozy feeling. There are plenty of towels, a well supplied kitchen and beautiful backyard with a Weber grill. If you need anything just ask Faith and she will take care of it for you.

A major plus is the perfect location and your own parking space! It is a quick walk to Dock Square and you never need to drive to a restaurant. It is a perfect place to enjoy a wonderful vacation.

Great Value and location

We stayed in the top floor 3 bed apartment which is at the back of the main house. Very private and quiet. The kitchen was large and had everything I needed to cook a family meal at night. The owner had put some fresh herbs in a vase on the kitchen table which was a nice touch. The living room had a feature fireplace, and was nicely furnished with a comfortable couch. Bedrooms are small but the beds comfortable. Bed linens and duvets were super clean and freshly laundered which is a very important feature for me. The only negative was the bathroom was small. It was very clean though, had plenty of hot water everyday, and an abundant supply of clean fluffy white towels. The owner lives in the main house and is such a kind, caring person. My daughter was ill during our stay and she quickly turned up at our door with all sorts of things to help her feel better. She was also very responsive when we needed fresh towels.

One of the unique things about this property is the fact it is a 5 minute walk to Dock Square where all the shops and restaurants are located. Parking is a premium there in the Summer so it was so much less hassle to leave our car at the apartment and walk to town. Beaches are close by but you need a car to get to them.

We had a great time, and a very relaxing stay here. It was our first trip to Kennebunkport and it won't be our last.

Location, location, location!

My family stays here every summer and we will continue to come back as long as we can. This property is located within easy walking distance of dock square, a bit longer walking distance to Colony Beach, and a 2 minute drive to Gooch's Beach. It is clean and comfortable and well stocked with kitchen supplies. It is like home away from home.
