Two level, 1600+ sq. ft. condo has been updated for your enjoyment. BR#1 & BR#2 each have a queen bed and BR#3 has two twin beds. All BRs have TVs. Living room (w/CATV & DVD) has a gas fireplace and access to a ground level patio w/ a gas grill. Kitchen is fully stocked w/ all small appliances and a washer/dryer. Dining room seats six and looks into the landscaped open courtyard. There is parking for two cars with one spot covered. Wireless internet access is provided for your convenience.
You cannot beat this Park City location. The free Shuttle stop is steps away and transports you to anywhere in the area. Within walking distance are a full-service supermarket, ski/board rental shops, state wine & liquor store, movie theaters, restaurants, drug store and Starbucks.
You’ll always treasure the memories from your visit to this world famous ski town. Park City is fabulous in the winter, but spring, summer and fall find the resorts and surrounding area full of activities as well. Whatever season you decide on for your travels, you cannot miss. There is always something going on!

I commend you for your responsiveness to Jamie and Abby's concerns. You went above and beyond what most landlords would have done. The perfect spot...steps to both the base of PC and a Fresh Market. Incredibly comfortable home....so much attention to detail (towels in baskets, labels throughout for ease of use etc.). Thoroughly enjoyed our stay...felt like home!!!

This townhouse was very comfortable, with three bedrooms separated from each other. There was no noise from neighbors. The location is quite convenient, both for getting to ski bases and to Main Street.
Enjoyed our stay. Functional, convenient location, and in working order; well stocked for any kitchen/linen needs. Development hot-tub/pool in excellent condition and about 50 yards away. Bus stop to slopes about 100 yards away. Suzanne (owner) was readily available to troubleshoot any operational hiccups and committed to supporting us through our stay. Traveled with 3 adults and 4 children - 3rd adult stayed on the couch in the den area. Only complaint is that heat/cool was a bit imperfectly balanced throughout the unit (first vs second floor), but manageable.
This condo was ideal for our family trip, with three bedrooms and 3 generations, we all had space. While the kitchen is not ideal for people who love to cook, it has what one needs to prepare hearty meals for hungry skiers, there is a nearby hot tub for sore muscles, and the location cannot be beat. Suzanne was helpful and responsive, we loved our stay.
great condo close to everything. bus stop is real close which makes this a great place without a car. 1 stop to the base of park city resort. the place was perfect for our family with many children. the owner is very responsive to any questions and needs.
