This luxurious Oceanside villa decorated to a very high standard is just 20 metres from the beach. There are magnificent sea views from the balcony. The oasis garden is very quiet and private. Probably the best location on the Costa del Sol. This property is situated in the Oasis Club on the famous 'Golden Mile' between Marbella and Puerto Banus on the Costa del Sol. The Costa del Sol has miles of golden sandy beaches and is a golfers paradise. The closest golf club is less than a mile away and the most famous golf courses are within close proximity. The average water temperature is 18C(24C in August). The area is in the best part and near everything. For your convenience our agent speaks both Spanish and English.

General Information of interest: The Oasis Club is a private complex of distinction - old worldly and very quiet and private. Said to be probably the best and most unique holiday location on the golden mile. There is an Aldi Supermarket just a 5 minute walk away for convenience. A short distance from many of the best golf courses in the south of Spain.

You will enjoy breathtaking scenery from the new promenade - beautiful for walking or cycling.

A short beach walk will take you into Puerto Banus.

There is a barbecue and fountain.

The general infrastructure in the region has greatly improved. The completion of the new motorway has greatly reduced the travel time from Malaga to Gibraltar. There are 30 golf courses on the Costa del Sol. Sailing clubs and luxury hotels can be found in and around Marbella as well as two Bullrings(bullfights held throughout the year). The promenade to Marbella takes about 45 minutes to walk or 25 minutes by bicycle. Puerto Banus is a 25 minute walk on the beach or else 10 minutes by car.

No visit to Marbella would be complete without relaxing in the famous 'Orange Tree Square'(Plaza de los Naranjos) watching the world go by. Set in the heart of the old town, it is a delightful place and you will enjoy exploring the area surrounding it. There are three yacht Harbours, one in Marbella itself. Arguably the most prestigious of all is the lovely Pueblo-style development 1 Kilometre away - the Marina of Puerto Banus. Here you can wander around this beautiful harbour, and gaze in awe at the luxurious yachts and watch the rich and famous park their Porsches, Lamborghini's, Rolls Royce and Ferraris alongside. Yet, amongst all this opulence one can enjoy a peaceful drink in one of the many Bars and just relax and enjoy the lovely surroundings. For Shopaholics, there is the Shopping Centre of El Corte Ingles as well as designer boutiques and gift shops.

A Five***** Star Oceanside Villa!!!

The villa is in a fantastic location between Marbela and Puerto Banus, and we were all blown away by the comfort, beautiful decor and wonderful views afforded to us from the terrace. We were a group of six for one week, and we all found the accommodation wonderful. The views, gardens, pool, patio were spectacular. We could not of asked for more. You will never want to leave the peace and tranquility of the villa with its beautiful gardens and breathtaking views from every side. This is a truly magical Villa. We will highly recommend this to all of our friends who want to explore the south of spain.

Fantastic Holiday Home

Fantastic holiday would recommend highly, the perfect location for luxury on the sea front. Our thanks go out to the owners for allowing our family to share this beautiful beachfront villa. Our two children aged 11 and 17 found it to be the perfect mix great family location The photo,s do not do this super property justice. A real gem.

Golf: Golf La Dama Noche, 1Km away, Aloha Golf, 2Km away, Club de Golf Las Brisas, 3Km away, Los Naranjos Golf, 4Km away, and Golf Rio Real, 5Km away. These are all top class 18 hole courses with club houses, accommodation at the hotel if required, rental equipment, tennis and some have swimming pools. The Costa del Sol can truly be described as the perfect haven for the golfer. There are numerous local golf courses to choose from which I have just mentioned and many internationally famous for the tournaments they have held, including the Ryder Cup. It is possible to play golf here for more than 360 days a year, without getting wet.

The concentration of quality courses, the unique sunny and warm climate, and the hospitality of the local people make the area absolutely ideal for lovers of this sport. When Valderrama was chosen to host the 'Ryder Cup' in 1997, the Costa del Sol received world-wide recognition as being the best 'Winter Golf Resort in Europe'. The final honour was the selection of Valderrama to host the 'World Championship' in November 1999. Play all year and with over fifty courses to choose from, the golfers dream is right here!
