Nice and easy stay in Santa Cruz

We stayed two weeks in January at Robertos flat in the city of Santa Cruz. Flat was nice, comfortable, modern and clean. The house has a garage which is essential if you have a car (otherwise it's impossible to park the car). There is also an elevator. The neighbourhood is great: calm, quiet and safe. Supermarket and bakery on the same block, only a short walk to the park, cafes and the city center. Roberto was a great landlord: friendly, flexible and helpful. We can recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a nice and easy stay in Santa Cruz! There was nothing to complain about and our holiday went very smoothly!

Great Stay in Tenerife

The apartment is stylish furnished, very clean, fully equipped and large in great location, very close to everything. From day one we felt very comfortable and homelike. Roberto is one of the most helpful and friendly person we've ever met. If you travel by car, you can easily use the garage in the basement of the house. We really recommend this wonderful place in Santa Cruz de Tenerife

Klasse Wohnung mit Wohlfühl-Athmophäre

Einrichtung und Ausstattung großzügig und gehobene Qualität. Kingsize-Bett!

Der Eigentümer ein ausgesprochen netter, hilfsbereiter und zuverlässiger junger Mann.

Sprache: wenigstens ein paar Brocken Spanisch sollte man schon können.

Wir waren jetzt schon 4 mal jeweils 3 bis 4 Wochen im Winter dort. Und kommen gerne wieder.

Kleiner Schwachpunkt ist die Küche, wo vor allem auch vom Parterre her intensiver Küchengeruch herauf kommt.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Gute Busverbindung in die Innnenstadt und zum Busbahnhof

Apartamento muy céntrico y con plaza de garage, lo cual se agradece mucho. Es muy acogedor y está decorado con muy buen gusto . El apartamento estaba impoluto. Muy recomendable . Gracias por todo Ricardo y feliz año! Si volvemos , repetiremos seguro. Los niños disfrutaron con la tele (demasiado buena).

Excelente estado del piso. La ubicación para nosotros era perfecta, tal como se describía. El piso estaba muy limpio, es muy cómodo, amplio. El trato del propietario fue excelente. Si volviera a Tenerife, sin dudas intentaría volver a alojarme en él. Totalmente satisfecha.

Great apartment !! Highly Recommended!!

We chose Santa Cruz for our holiday in Tenerife and the choice could not be more accurate. The apartment is very close to many points of interest (García Sanabria Park, Principe Square, Weyler Square...).

We were my husband, daughter and myself, and the apartment served us as a perfect base to get to know and tour the rest of the island.

Roberto, his owner, was very friendly and always helpful.

We certainly hope to return very soon!!
