The living area, which benefits from stunning lake and mountain views, is fitted with a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen conveniently leads out to a sunny terrace with beautiful lake views. It is ideal for four people to enjoy lunch or dinner outside, while taking in the breathtaking views. The second terrace boasts an area of twenty five square metres. This is suitable for six people or more, perfect for alfresco dining and entertaining or just simply enjoying the views with a glass of wine and family and friends.

The sleeping accommodation is equally spacious and versatile, to suit groups of up to 6, with one large double master bedroom and a second bedroom furnished with twin single beds.

Two modern bathrooms also feature to the holiday home for guests’ convenience, with the family bathroom fitted with a bath tub and shower and the second fitted with a bath tub.

Guests can also enjoy the resident facilities, which include a wonderful outdoor communal swimming pool and a useful private parking space.

The elevated location of the residence makes it a particularly pleasant and sunny location for enjoying a Lake Como, with the local village amenities and lakeside road just a stone’s throw away. A frequent bus service takes guests to the visitor friendly central lake resort towns and attractions within just 15 minutes, and the cosmopolitan city of Como in just under 30 minutes.

Guests can also enjoy the close proximity to the famous L’Isola Comacina, Villa Balbianello, Villa Carlotta and the famous golden triangle resort town of Menaggio! A fast car and passenger ferry service from Cadenabbia is also conveniently on hand to take visitors easily across the lake to explore the beautiful resort towns of Bellagio and Varenna.

A fabulous selection of authentic village restaurants are all within easy reach of the residence and the nearby Tremezzina shore offers a wider selection of cafes, bars and restaurants to suit all taste buds.

Golf:

There are Golf clubs around Lake Como: The Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is Italy's oldest golf course. Established in 1907 with 18 holes Par 70, it is located above Menaggio near Croce, in Grandola ed Uniti, approx. 20 min. by car. Green Fees: Weekdays ���55, Weekends and Holidays €70 Euros; Golf Cart Rental €36.

Restaurant Golf at the club serves fantastic food and is well recommended.. Guests are always welcome, please call beforehand to check course rules. Golf Club Menaggio: (Menaggio Como).

Skiing:

This beautiful lake region of Italy is not the best for skiing as you may imagine, despite its scenery, crisp air and near perfect visibilty and mountains capped in winter snow. It does however have Skiing opportunities at local resorts for a day out.

There is a small ski area on Mt. Lema, not more than 10 km from Lugano, but you have to be lucky to have enough snow for skiing. In Ticino, the local Swiss Canton, the best places to ski are probably either San Bernardino (south of the pass of the same name) or Airolo (south of Gotthard pass). Both are reachable in about 1 hour by car across the Swiss border.

There are direct trains to Airolo as well from Lugano and hence from Italian Stations. To S. Bernardino there is only a bus connection. For more snow try Andermatt (on the north side of Gotthard pass) which has normally good snow conditions and a good choice of runs.

The closest major ski resorts are St. Moritz and Madesimo toward the Splugen Pass which is approx.100km.
