You can sunbathe on the terrace (32m²) perfectly exposed due south on the deckchairs or have lunch / dinner on the table + 6 chairs. The terrace is completely closed (secure for children)

Great location!

This apartment is in the perfect location for racing at La Baule yacht club. It only has one bed and a couch that does not fold out into a bed. The other amenities were suitable.

bel appartement idéalement situé

Ideal pour un couple,grande terasse au calme et au soleil accès direct à la plage,chambre indépendante propreté impeccable,accueil chaleureux. L'immeuble donne sur l'esplanade Benoit, Le marché et les commerces du Pouligen à 10 minutes à pied.

Appartement extrêmement bien situé au calme et près de tout. Conforme à l’annonce et très confortable, y compris avec un très jeune enfant (grande terrasse ensoleillée). En bref après avoir été très bien accueillie, j’ai passe un séjour très agréable !
