This unique 19th century Cave House has been lovingly restored to a high standard, set in beautiful lush tropical gardens, with private pool. Surrounded by orange and lemon groves with olive and almond farms also. There are stunning 360 degree Mountain views, making this property ideally located for cycling, walking, bird watching and wildlife/nature enthusiasts. The village of La Murada is only 1 km, with plenty of typical Spanish bars and restaurants, as well as banks, chemist, supermarkets, several specialist shops, a petrol station and medical centre. La Murada is well known for its excellent market, on a Sunday, which brings people in from all over the area.

Bedrooms:

Bedroom 1 with King size bed.

Bedroom 2 with two single beds.

Bedroom 3 with double bed (plus optional single bed for a child) with en-suite.

Bedroom 4 with King size bed and en-suite.

Bathrooms:

Bathroom with bath/shower, wc, bidet and hair dryer.

En-suite shower room and wc to bedroom 3.

Cot & High chair for hire.

Kitchen:

Fully fitted kitchen and separate pantry. Oven/hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and small appliances. Separate Dining room with dining table and chairs.

Living Rooms:

Sofas and chairs, coffee tables, Satellite TV, DVD, boardgames, cards, books and wireless broadband internet. Also genuine log burner for the occasional cool winter months.

Other:

Bedroom 4 is not part of the main cave house but a separate building with en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to its own private courtyard, within the grounds of the property.

Cleaning/Towels/Linen/Maid service:

All bed linen and towels (except pool/beach towels) are provided.

Beach/pool towels available for hire.

The property is cleaned between lets.

We have restored and transformed a basic cave house, had electric and plumbing fitted and brought together modern day living with the charm and beauty of this very old property. We now rent so others may sample life living in a cave house.

Cave house is perfect in summer and winter as it maintains a constant temperature.

It is a quiet and stunning location, with beautiful views. But with easy access to larger towns and airports.

What a beautiful place to stay. We spent many an afternoon in the private pool, reading a book and looking over at the mountains. The garden is beautiful, very well kept and looked after. The cave house is quirky, clean and very spacious. We ate in every night as the kitchen was so well equipped. The friendly and easy going owners have obviously done their homework, and fitted the property with everything you need for a 'home from home' stay. We all enjoyed our holiday at the Cave House. We hired a car, which was very cheap, from Alicante Airport. .
