Private location south of Interstate 95, north of RT 1, in eastern part of town near Hammonasset State Park.
We were asked to rent our home back in 2009, and have decided to do it during school vacation period ever since. (We stay at family beach house or travel). The home sleeps 7 (maximum) and has a private, unheated pool. If you have a family, it can be more enjoyable and less expensive to rent a 4 bedroom home than multiple hotel rooms. Home cooked meals will also keep dining budget under control. Sorry, no smokers or pets.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property, and even though it was unbelievably cold, the house was warm and cozy and we had a wonderful fire in the fireplace.
The house was well stocked with everything we could possibly have needed for a late Christmas gathering and shopping was a breeze as the grocery store was so close. We would definitely stay here again!

Great place to spend a few weeks with family and friends close to the Connecticut shoreline. Interior somewhat outdated however well maintained. All amenities as described. Beds a little to small for tall people. Pool is huge and clean. Conveniently located close to highways, stores, restaurants, etc. however perfectly quiet. Welcoming and very friendly owner.
Madison is a lovely little New England town as you expect it to be.
The description of this rental was completely accurate. We found the home to be exactly as advertised. It was the perfect spot for my family and we really enjoyed our stay there.
I encountered a very minor issue during my stay which I emailed the owner about. The owner responded within a matter of minutes and provided a resolution that worked. I was very impressed with his responsiveness.
I would absolutely recommend this rental to anyone looking to stay in Madison CT.
Madison has 3 town beaches at West Wharf, East Wharf, and the Surf Club. Plus the largest Connecticut state beach park-Hammonasset Beach State Park (900+acres with 2 mile long beachfront) is 4 streets away and considered the best park in State Park System.

We prefer payment by personal check or international wire transfer. A signed lease and non-refundable reservation deposit are required to book your dates. A month before arrival, the balance of rent and security/damages deposit are due. After the visit, the security/damages deposit is mailed in 7 days and interest is included (according to CT state regulations). Will research PayPal if necessary..
