You cannot get closer to the Gulf - check out the photos! This is a pristine 2 bedroom with office area, free, screaming fast WiFI, with 2 full bathrooms and a master bathroom dressing room with a walk-in closet. There is a heated outdoor pool, very close, specially reserved parking, tennis court, and boat dock.
The condo is renovated with a tropical feeling, overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. There are panoramic views of the ocean and sunsets from every room--the master is also on the Gulf! The second bedroom has views of the Bay and your tennis court.
There are lush tropical plants and palm trees all over the property and a lovely herringbone brick path to the beach. There are two outdoor showers as well, one near the pool and one coming off the beach. The beach is always quiet because there are only 30 units in this building with 13 private homes adjacent to the property. You could nap on the lanai, after watching the dolphins and manatees in the Gulf.
This condo is turn-key - just bring your clothes and everything is there for you. The calendar is usually fairly full, with many annual guests who return year after year.

I've traveled to beaches around this country as well as overseas and have never found a more beautiful beach, with access to such an incredible town, shopping and restaurants, as well as sports and the best nature-viewing around, as Naples, Florida.
The beach is amazing, pristine and full of sea-life. The birds are wonderful to watch and the beach-walking is great. The views and proximity of the condo can't get any closer to the Gulf of Mexico. Of course, I love the fantastic restaurants, all within walking, biking or driving distance.
We enjoyed our stay very much & have already booked this same unit for 2016. The mattress was really great and afforded us much rest. Even though we have stayed on this property before but not this unit we have never had the luxury of WiFi, & a simple tv to operate, as well as a list of great restaurants to visit. Overall a great visit.
We had always stayed in East Naples, usually at Cedar Hammock Country Club. We were late in booking 2003 because of personal factors and were not able to find a place we liked in East Naples. We thought we'd try North Naples for a change and were lucky enough to find this unit for 3 weeks in March. We managed to piece together stays at two locations in Bonita Springs to cover February & early March.
We found that we enjoyed this condo so much that we booked it for as many days as were available in March 2014. We have become Vanderbilt Beach "converts" in general and this condo in Bayshores in particular. Not only is the condo itself lovely and convenient to many more attractions than East Naples but the owners of other units in the building we met were uniformly friendly and considerate.
Naples is a stunning area, known for gorgeous beaches, unsurpassed shopping and a myriad of restaurant choices of every flavor.

Tenant may cancel its occupancy at any time prior to taking possession by giving written notice to Landlord. If Tenant so cancels, Landlord will make attempt to find another tenant for the unexpired term of the lease. If no replacement tenant is procured, all monies will be due and paid deposits will be forfeited to Landlord. If a new tenant is procured, Landlord will credit against the balance due from tenant, any rental money received from the new tenant for the expired term of the lease, less $50 service fee and any commissions if broker is used. If Landlord received more than the amount due under this lease, Landlord shall refund to Tenant such excess up to the amount prepaid by Tenant.
Half down to hold your dates with a lease. Balance due three weeks before your occupancy. I will send you the Policy, with everything written out.
