This property of 100 sqm in the heart of Montpellier is ideal for a short stay (minimum 4 days) or long, for vacation or business trip (Congresses, conventions, conferences etc).
Its location also allows combining: explore the city and offer relaxation at the beach, lunch and "lover" in one of the many huts!
2 minutes from the St Roch station and tram and bus you can go to the beach in 20 minutes by tram.
The apartment is very pleasant. It is designed for 4 people.
The 2 bedrooms are each equipped with their own bathroom and overlook a courtyard.
His two beds Queen Size '(160x200) are helping to provide a good sleep.
The new kitchen is fully equipped and key parts open to the dining / living room. The large living room is very bright thanks to two doors. A dining table that can accommodate 6 to 8 people.
A 3-minute walk from the Place de la Comédie, it is pleasing to discover this historical center, its narrow streets, charming and picturesque places. It is a city rich in cultural heart: Passenger Peyrou Museums (Fabre ...), Church of St Anne, St Roch Cathedral among others ... the garden of plants; there's something for everyone! Not to mention, for shopping Passionate, street Silverware eg ....
I just returned from a month's stay in this spacious, stylish, beautifully designed apartment. From top of the line appliances, including a washer and clothes dryer, fully equipped kitchen, generous closet/storage space, even a wall safe, nothing was left to be desired. The location could not have been more convenient: it is just a few minutes walk to anywhere in Montpellier's Centre Ville.

We loved our stay in this modern and well-furnished apartment near the train station and the heart of Montpellier. We were met right on time, shown the apartment, and had no problems at all. It is well-equipped for cooking, and the bedrooms are very comfortable. The tiny terrace is lovely for morning coffee or evening visits. We would be happy to stay here again.
The apartment is even better than pictured on the Internet. The location is superbe. Close to train station and the "ecusson" historic city. Nicolas was extremely helpful getting us here from the airport. He took care of cleaning and changing sheets halfway through our stay, which we found to be totally excellent. Wonderful kitchen and layout of apartment ideal for families!
We stayed in the apartment for a week and it was perfect. The location is great, a few blocks from the train station and a short distance from the main square. The apartment has everything you need including a clothes washer and dryer It has been recently renovated so everything is new and clean. The property manager was also very accommodating and helpful and spoke English well.
I have rented properties all over the world (including several in Montpellier), and this was by far my favorite. I was in town for a medical conference with my husband and two colleagues, and this property exceeded my expectations on every level: location (within the Old City, within minutes to Comedie and all central Montpellier attractions; steps to grocery, bakery, tram and train station - Gare St Roch); size and comfort (two bedrooms and two full ensuite bathrooms, quality mattresses and linens, large eat-in kitchen, large dining area, large living area), large flat screen TV with apple TV, wifi, fully renovated, and equipped with all imaginable kitchen amenities (including high quality stemware, dishware, dishwahwer and washer/dryer). This property is great for entertaining and I would highly recommend it for business or leisure travellers and those travelling with children of all ages. The extra services provided by concierge service were a bonus: they can arrange airport transfers and sight seeing. Pascal was a gracious host and was very pleasant and professional. I will be staying here every time I visit Montpellier!
Tips for travellers: Carrefour City grocery and bakery are steps away; Blue Orchid thai restaurant in front of Gare St Roch is a must; take advantage of proximity to Gare St Roch for day trips to Nimes and Sete; bring a few garbage bags to save on having to buy them.
The description and location of the apartment were understated. It was 5 min. From the railway station and the excellent Montpellier tram network and the historic city were at the end of the street in the opposite direction; also a good indoor market (open every day),a Carrfour supermarket and various specialty food stores. Therefore, we did not often dine in restaurants but cooked the fresh local produce "at home " in the apartment. The exception to this was a poissonnerie/restaurant directly opposite the apartment, The menu was the fish display. You chose your fish, it was weighed and priced and then cooked, garnished and served for + €5. Starters (fish based) desserts and wine also available. The layout of the apartment was very good for a conversion in a historic building. (This is my opinion as an architect). The standard of furniture and (Bulthaup) kitchen fitting and electric appliances was very high. The provision of crockery and cutlery was generous. This all made fora very enjoyable 10 day stay. We hope to return next spring and we will be very disappointed if we cannot rent this apartment again then.
