Artist, musician, therapist, mother, I am looking to rent and share this wonderful space with respectful others, it has been my home and is lovingly filled with many treasures/art and wonderful furniture.

Why Magdalena Groszek chose Charenton-le-Pont
You will be looked after! by me or my helper, we speak English, and other languages and will show you around the area, help you get around and give you advice. Unusual, quiet, huge space and light. Pretty much impossible to find in Paris. Great public transport to all tourist destinations , or walk or cycle down the river. Sleeps 6-11 people. Three Bedrooms 2 bathrooms
What makes this Apartment unique
Light, quiet, vast, terrace for sunny meals... large groups of 8+ can fit in in each apartment. 16+ for large groups or parties using both apartments. Great transport to all tourist spots, but a little of the beaten track , so no hordes of tourists, but you are in the very centre of Paris in 10 mins. Beautiful and original, great shopping 50m next door. Cinemas, markets, Parks, tourism. All close by!

1 big happy family
We had 11 people in our family, 3 generations. Magdalena's loft was absoutley perfect for us all. Spacious clean and inspiring! My mother in law is an artist and she was right away inspired to sit and sketch while sipping a glass of wine. Magdalena art is still fresh in my mind. I would love to purchase a few of her paintings that adorned the walls of this beautiful loft. Beds were comfortable kitchen was well equipped and plenty of room for us all. Magdalena was a joy to work with she answered all our questions in a timely manor. Would not stay anywhere else in Paris!
Wonderful Artists Loft! Travelling with a family.
My husband and I are traveling with our teenage children in Paris and around France. This is an absolutely wonderful artists loft. We have a party of 8 and this fit us very nicely. I would recommend it highly to anyone that is looking for a more authentic experience. It was also very close to a mall and supermarket, which made our stay very pleasant. A full kitchen allowed us to cook at home as well. Perfect!
I'm so glad you had a good time and enjoyed the loft. It's always useful to know that it's big enough and is appreciated. Thanks so much for the review
The place to stay.
We stayed in the loft for two weeks and have just returned to LA.
This is my second time staying at the loft, and it was wonderful, spotlessly clean and the sheets and beds and towels luxurious. It's getting more wonderful by the stay.
We had a wonderful time, and really found a space we could relax in, whilst being able to hop into the very centre in 10mins on the metro, or about the same time in an UBER car. The Eiffel tower and the Louvre and the Orangerie (my favourite with the Monet water lily paintings), the Notre Dame cathedral are all on the local metro line direct, which goes along the river.
Apart from the space and the incredible kitchen (which is rare in Paris) the convenience of the massive supermarket virtually next door (we love to cook, the choice is amazing, and mind-blowing, and the food prices half or less of other small stores), and the croissant and bread shop virtually five doors down, where we got our daily breakfast.
The loft is really beautiful, full of super elegant and comfy sofa's to lounge in, and our vacation was also a relaxation after working really hard, so we wanted to chill as well as visit Paris.
It's really great to be in such a lovely space, and the wifi and internet is really good, so we also could use that and relax at home.
I got engaged while on my stay in Paris, and the loft was the most perfect place for it. I will definitely come back and stay on my next trip to Paris whether it be for business or pleasure, there are few, if any, spaces like this available in Paris.
Thank you for your kind review, I 'm so glad you enjoyed your stay, and congratulations on your engagement. I am happy to welcome you back at any time, thanks for leaving the loft spotless!
CAN NOT FAULT IT!
There was a large group of us (17) that stayed at this BEAUTIFUL LOFT, we had both the apartments that were joined together by the staircase and we could not have asked for any more! It was immaculately clean, the decor was beautiful and artistic and the rooms were super comfortable and cosy. The living areas were ENORMOUS and perfect for a cosy night in or to have dinner with friends. We were supposed to go out in Paris on the Friday and Saturday night but instead, because the house was so nice we ended up staying in BOTH NIGHTS!! Magdelena did everything for us - the communication was excellent and someone was on hand to help us with anything that we needed during our stay. Getting Uber Taxis into town was easy - and cost around 7 euros per person! Would recommend again and again to anyone! Thank you again!
Thanks Kitty, I'm so glad you had a good time and appreciated the space.
Hope you organise another one! Though I'm sure that's a lot of work!
I stayed at the loft in June with my friends and family, we were six people, two americans and two brits and two french
It's a wonderful space to be social, cook meals together, have breakfast outside in the garden, or dinner, it's romantic and fun, and a very special place. Magdalena is a great host and made everything comfortable for us. The kitchen is brilliantly equipped, and most definately for foodies. Shopping is round the corner with a great huge supermarket, and prices much cheaper than central Paris, and what fun to look at all the new sections which we don't have in the UK or US, miles of yogurts, cheeses, hams... we barbequed duck breasts, and ate foie gras, yummy.
Transport is easy to get all over Paris, I had an appointment at the Arc de Triomphe and was way too early, it only took me 20 mins to get there!
Note the bedrooms are small, but very comfortable, the beds and linens are really good quality, and really I can't say anything negative.
Easy access to all tourist attractions. Many restaurants, too much to put here, drank a few good local ones, km3 is the best local, and There Are A Few small family run restaurants, Indian and Portuguese and French. A Few minutes away you-have The Whole choise of the left bank and St Germain as well as Bercy Village. Cycle or walk down the river, go running to the milliers of acres of woods and park in the Bois de Vincennes across the river.
