Located 23 miles north of the Kona International Airport, this 3,200-acre resort features 29 oceanfront acres and three miles of secluded shoreline. Guest amenities include two 18 hole championship golf courses North and South, gate access to the private Beach club, Mauna Lani Sport and Fitness club includes tennis complex, fitness center and 25 meter lap pool. This almost new Villa built in 2006 has one of the best locations in the complex. It is located on the 4th Fairway of the Francis H Brown North Course in the luxury gated community “Fairways at Mauna Lani “. The Fairways is a private gated community consisting of 21 two story villas each consisting of six private townhouses. On-site amenities include a large tropical swimming pool with two waterfalls, hot tub, fitness center, and Weber barbeques. Set amongst beautiful tropical gardens.
Whether you came to relax or explore, you have found the perfect place to call home. Professionally furnished with warm woods, and island décor creates a sense of warmth with a tropical flair. The gourmet kitchen, features granite counters, GE appliances and breakfast bar with seating for four. It has everything you need to create a wonderful meal or you may choose to relax and unwind on the lanai and feel the balmy breeze, as you watch the golfers go by. The outdoor Viking gas Barbeque is the perfect place to grill a parker ranch steak or fresh island fish.
The master suite has a king size bed ceiling fan and TV, and an adjacent retreat with writing desk and private lanai with seating. A great place to send your postcards and be the envy of your friends, or catch up on your emails. The spacious master bath features marble counters, dual sinks, separate shower and large soaking tub as well as separate closets. The guest room decorated with island furniture, has a two twin beds, and a separate bath room. There is also a large laundry and ½ bath located on the main floor.

My wife and I truly enjoyed this 2 story townhome. It was perfect for our family. It was quiet and private and finely appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for cooking. The condo was well maintained and had really nice furniture. The King bed in the Master was really comfortable! We especially enjoyed the outdoor lanai with built in BBQ and the top floor lanai offered beautiful views.
All the comforts of home!
We had a fantastic vacation and were very comfortable in the townhouse. It had everything we needed and then some. It was also in a great location, a short drive away from many beaches. Shawn was also very attentive and so easy to deal with. I would definitely recommend this unit!
Nice spot to stay in Hawaii
We recently spent 5 nights at this resort with our 2 teenage sons. It was a very nice unit and well located. The decor was very Hawaiian. The kitchen was extremely well equipped. There was a cooler and a snorkel/fins set that was great to have. Shaun was extremely responsive whenever we had a question.
We had a wonderful stay and Shawn was very accommodating on all fronts.
The Mauna Lani area is a perfect vacation spot and would highly recommend it - Hanne and Frank
We come to Mauna Lani few times a year. We love the private beach and close shopping and dining.
The owners were so easy to work with and made sure all of our needs were met.
Upon arrival, we noticed the lovely furnishings and comfort of the condo. The lanai was comfortable and allowed us to stretch our eyes over the golf course. so quiet and refreshing.
The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed.
The master bedroom and bath were well appointed and quite comfortable.
The only downside was a few issues with housekeeping and electrical.
When we let the owners know of issues, they were handled.
We stayed in the Villa for a fantastic week and enjoyed every moment of it. What we loved best about our vacation was that "at-home" feeling. Besides the amount of space we had - over 2000 sq feet for the 3 of us, we loved the fact that we had both levels to ourselves. We don't like living on top nor below another family. We only had neighbors to the side of us and never did we once hear any of them! The layout is amazing with the bedrooms located upstairs while the living space was on the lower level. The gourmet kitchen is large and has everything needed (note to self: No need to pack spices, aluminum foil and plastic wrap in the future). The kitchen had everything imaginable! We particularly enjoyed the Viking Grill on the Lanai and used it frequently. We picked up Steaks, Chicken, and Salad from Costco and supplement it with locally grown fruits for a delicious dinner. Having a washer / drying in the villa was great as we were able to do laundry every few days. Although this was our first time to the Big Island, it won't be our last. In the past, we've vacationed primarily in Maui. But having now spent 2 weeks on the BI, we can honestly say that we enjoy the BI as much, if not more than Maui. We love the serenity, the quaintness and the laid-back lifestyle of the Big Island. We loved the Farmer's Markets particularly for the hard-to-find island fruits like Cherimoya, Jackfruit, and Soursop (which btw, is hard to find on Maui). While the BI is big and driving is required to the beaches, markets and shops (only the Shops at Mauna Lani are within walking distance), we got used to driving to where we needed to get to. We really liked the location of the Mauna Lani Fairways as it allowed us to get to Waikoloa, Waimea, Hilo, Kalapana, and Kona easily via the Hawaii Belt Road or Saddle Road. It was also very close to some of the best golf courses in Hawaii. We purchased a Hawaii Golf Deals Card and used it extensively at the 3 Waikoloa Courses, Hapuna and at Mauna Kea. We had a fantastic time on the Big Island of Hawaii and our accomodations added so much more to our vacation. We wanted a place where we would enjoy hanging out and not just a place to "come back and crash". It's a little piece of heaven right in paradise!
This is a great property, appointed with fine Hawaiian finishes, and is available for your requested dates. With its premium location, private and quiet setting, serene views, upscale furnishings and super comfy beds, it is one of the best in the development! The airy lanai, which merges right with the indoor living space, has a great Viking gas BBQ and nice patio set. As a huge bonus you will receive free unlimited access to the Mauna Lani private beach club, which includes free use of beach chairs, beach cabanas and private gated parking – an idyllic Hawaiian beach setting with all the modern comforts close by!

Please note Air conditioning is optional. The cost of electric is the highest in the United States. AC bills of $1000 per month aren't uncommon. Therefore if you choose to have the AC option $20 per day will be added to your rate plus tax. Again it is an OPTION--you aren't required to have AC. However if you do choose to have it $20 per night will be added to your rate. Please note during certain holiday periods, convention weeks, or other seasonal or event times higher rates may apply. Also rates, including cleaning fee, are based on occupancy. If their are more people in the home higher rates may apply. Also there are nice Viking grills on the lanai of the villa however if you want the propane tanks filled upon arrival there is a charge of $50 per tank or you can fill them on your own and the approx. cost would be $20 per tank.
