Apartment completely renovated end of 2016.

The tracks are 20m from the foot of the building.

The electricity was redone in 2017 to alleviate the previous problems of circuit breaker that jumped.

Appartement très bien placé par rapport aux pistes et pour faire les courses. L’appartement est bien meublé, calme avec tout le confort moderne. Ascenseur et entrée très sécurisés. Nathalie et Maria de L’agence immobilière ont toujours répondu à nos attentes et aiguilles au cours de notre sejour.

Appartement très bien situé au Pas. Très agréable, clair avec tout ce qu'il faut. Dommage qu'il n'y ait pas de lave-linge pour les séjours un peu plus longs.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour de 10 nuits à 5 personnes.

joli appartement ....mais

Joli appartement, très bien situé mais le plus gros problème est l'ampérage du compteur électrique: tout saute si vous voulez faire fonctionner le lave vaisselle et un autre appareil ....sans baisser tous les radiateurs à chaque fois( l'agence note d'ailleurs dans son livret, au 1er paragraphe, les sautes de courant en vous disant de vérifier le compteur dans l'appartement ou celui dans l'armoire aux 1er étage!) Jamais vu cela encore.

Pas de wifi dans l'immeuble, confirmation par l'agence

je n'ai jamais reçu le contrat demandé plusieurs fois

clic-clac dans petite pièce peu stable et 1 seule salle de bain avec wc sans verrou; gênant!

j'ai tout signalé au propriétaire qui m'a dit qu'il étudierait tout cela

Owner's Response: L'électricité vient d'être refaite, afin d'augmenter la capacité du compteur. J'ai installé un routeur WIFI individuel afin de en plus dépendre du réseaux de l'immeuble. La connection est maintenant par fibre optique 100 Mbits. Enfin, j'ai installé un verrou pour verrouiller la porte des WC.
