My house is in the outer suburbs of Lille, which can be reached within 10 min (by car) or 25 min (by public transportation, walking and waiting time included).
It has 5 bedrooms, one bathroom, one shower room with toilets and a separate toilet, and a safe closed garden.
There's a lot of space to sleep in these 160 m² :
bedroom 1 (picture 2, ground floor, 14 m²) : 1 double bed and a baby bed
bedroom 2 (picture 3, ground floor, 10 m²) : 1 single or double bed
bedroom 3 (picture 4, 1st floor, 17 m²) : two child's bed (70*160 cm)
bedroom 4 (picture 5, 1st floor, 17 m²) : a double mattress and a baby bed
bedroom 5 (picture 6, 1st floor, 17 m²) : currently no beds but we can set airbed or move some beds.
living room: one sofabed.
My place is suited for families with kids (mine are 2, 7, 9 years old): toys, changing table, high chair and so on.
Two parking spots just in front of the house.
Lille is 10 min away by car, or 25 mins away by subway (including walking + wainting time). It is also close to the LaM (5 min drive) and to (sub)urban spaces (parc du Héron 5 min drive). Further away you'll find Tournai and Roubaix (15 min), Bruges, Mons and Brussels (1h), and even further, the nice part of the coast (with cliffs and seals, 1h30 drive).
BEWARE#1: I am currently restoring this 1970's house. It is safe, most parts are brand new, but you will still see 1970's wall carpets in the living room.
BEWARE #2: There is no TV (but you can watch movies from your computer if you have a VGA connection [to my screen] and a jack audio output [to my speakers]
