Every family member will enjoy what this condo has to offer. At the end of a day of skiing or snowboarding at Breckenridge, there's nothing better than being able to say, 'I'll meet you back at the condo,' and being able to ski right in. Ski back to the condo on the groomed 4 o'clock ski run. Choosing a condo with this Ski-in flexibility allows every family member to ski as long or as little as they like each day.
To start your day of skiing, simply walk 100 yards to the Snowflake Lift located on 4 o'clock road. You can also ski the rest of the way down 4 o'clock ski run and walk to the new Breckenridge Gondola.
At the end of a day of skiing, the on-site outdoor Hot Tub is a great way to relax. We have sleds in every shape and size for the kids to use. Main Street Breckenridge is a surprisingly short walk away, allowing you to leave the car in the parking lot, and walk to dozens of great restaurants and bars. There's also great shopping in town and the stores stay open late. Guests at Double Eagle also have free access to the Upper Village Pool which is covered in the winter time, heated, has restrooms & showers and is about 200 yards from the condo (walk or drive).
This updated condo has new kitchen appliances, renovated bathrooms, new carpet, new furniture, and new bedding and furnishings. It is a great choice for two families, offering two bedrooms with a Queen Bed in each, a third bedroom with a Captain's Bunk for the kids (a full size bed on the bottom with a single bunk bed above it), and a loft with two single beds for the kids as well. The loft is accessed by a ladder and is a great 'hideaway' for the kids. Recommended Maximum sleeping arrangements for a comfortable stay: Bedroom #1: 2 adults, Bedroom #2: 2 adults, Bedroom #3: 2 adults or 3 kids, Loft: 2 kids in the 2 single beds in the loft (loft is best for kids due to the ladder access).
The unit has vaulted ceilings and humidifiers in every bedroom. It is located on the 3rd floor and has a nice gas fireplace and a wrap-around balcony with chairs.

We have a 4 night minimum for Holiday Weekends: Thanksgiving and Martin Luther King.
We have a 5 night minimum for President's Day Weekend.
We also have a 4 night minimum for all stays in the month of March.
Year round we have a gas grill on the deck/balcony!

Why Eric Warren chose Breckenridge
The first time we ever skied 'out west' was at Breckenridge back in the '90's. Since then we've lived and worked in Breckenridge and love sharing the ski vacation experience with others, whether it's their first ski trip 'out west' or they are returning for another great vacation at one of America's best ski-mountain/ski-towns.
What makes this Condo unique
Some condos are close to Town, yet far from the Lift. Others are close to the Lift, yet far from Town. This condo offers the best of both worlds by being close to the Snowflake Lift (100 yards) and close to Main Street (300 yards). The Four O'Clock ski run offers the convenience of being able to ski home for lunch, and at the end of the day, without having to ride any buses or take any long walks after a long day of skiing. The hot tub onsite helps the sore muscles!

Great stay at Breck Double Eagle B31
Nice big bedrooms and comfortable beds. Kitchen was well equipped, refrigerator was a bit small. The condo was very clean.
Great place to stay! Very close to the heart of downtown and conveniently located on 4 O’Clock ski run. House was awesome. Would definitely stay here again!
Condo was perfect for our family. Lots of sleeping options and great location. Walked to Main Street every night after day filled with hiking, rafting, biking. We will definitely stay here again!
Great Ski Week
Our family of 5 loved our stay! My teenager loved having her own loft and my other kids loved sleeping in the bunks. Great skiing back to condo at the end of the day. It was also a short walk to ski lift ( where you can buy lift tix now)! Great place and Eric is great/ very helpful.
We really loved this condo. The location is fabulous and it has everything you could possibly need. Lots of space, comfortable rooms and wonderful sunshine all day long... Wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks in particular to the owner who could not have been more helpful. Can't wait to come back!
Perfect Ski Trip
The condo was in great shape, clean and it was well equipped with everything we needed. The location was excellent. Some of our group would walk to the ski lift, others walked to the shops in town or we just took it easy in the cozy condo and relaxed in the hot tub. There was always something fun to do for everyone.
Eric was awesome! He made the booking process very smooth and was easy to contact with any questions. He even let us know about fun events going on during our stay. I hope to make another trip back soon!
