Un descriptif presque juste mais qui ne précise pas que la pièce de vie ne mesure qu'à peine 10m2. Des ustensiles et appareils ménagers très bas de gamme et alimentés électriquement de façon limite dangereuse. Pas d'accueil ni de marque de bienvenue mais un état des lieux de sortie. En clair, l'intérêt lucratif semble passer avant le confort du client. Cette remarque concerne l'appartement du second étage car les propriétaires du 1er et du second étage sont différents et c'est le propriétaire du premier qui a en charge le contact clientèle.

An exceptional geographical situation, a natural heritage of quality.

Through the diversity of its landscapes combining all the characteristics of the coast and the interior, or even the mountain, the Balagne is alone a small Corsican in Corsica.

Calvi and Ile-Rousse, the two Cities of the sea, are renowned for the richness of their natural sites: long sandy beaches, coves, rocks and peninsulas.

They are separated by Lumio and the long bay of Algajola-Aregno to the jewel of the Ostriconi delta, gateway to the Agriates desert, one of the coastal treasures of the island.

OUR VILLAGE SPELONCATO

 Medium mountain village in the country of Balagne, perched in an eagle's nest, it offers a central location between the beautiful sandy beaches (example: 15 km from the beach of Lozari) and the unforgettable charms of the hinterland.

The walks or hikes can start directly from the house thanks to the ancestral paths connecting the villages.

The Artisan Trail (strada di l'artisgiani) passes near the house and will allow you to discover their local wonders.

Location & activities:

  In the village, you will find a grocery store with regional products, 2 traditional bar-restaurants, a Postal Agency, itinerant traders such as the butcher, the fishmonger, the baker.

In summer, almost daily activities offered by the various associations and confraternities Corsican songs, enliven the square and the alleys or complete change of scenery.

Nearby, the petanque courts are next to the kindergarten with ping-pong table.

On the town at 10km, waiting for a Golf 9 holes homologated by the French Golf Federation.
