Try to find a rental cabin in the Smokies with a FISHING LAKE. It's not that easy. But come to TIMELESS MOMENTS and you can fish to your heart's content. This clean. updated cabin offers a location that's close to everything. You're only 2.5 MILES to GATLINBURG or PIGEON FORGE. Paved roads with no steep drop-offs make it a great cabin if you're not fond of scary mountain roads.
The outdoor living is easy on the deck with a SWING looking out to the trees and mountains in the distance when the leaves are down. Once the trees are green again, you'll enjoy plenty of PRIVACY and wooded views. The large, 6 person HOT TUB under a charming gazebo is the absolute best way to end the day. There's also a GRILL on the deck.

My husband and I have lived our complete lives in Northern Kentucky. We are very hands on people when it comes to our cabin. We like to do things needed ourselves and are very appreciative of our guests. We want everyone who stays at our cabin to feel like they are at home.
Marcie Schabell purchased this cabin in 1995
We choose to buy this particular cabin because it was new and because of the location. It is one of the best locations in the area for visiting both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. You are so convenient to everything both cities has to offer and also so close to the Smoky Mountain National Park.
Great getaway. My husband, myself and 2 nephews had a wonderful time. The location is perfect for all the attractions the boys wanted to do. The cabin was such a nice place to relax when we were able and the air hockey table was a big hit with everyone. I would recommend this cabin for anyone and will definitely be back. I give this cabin a 4 star rating.
Just spent Christmas (5 days) at this cabin and it was wonderful! The weather, other than Christmas Day itself, was mostly cold and wet. So, we spent time together as a family, eating, drinking, playing games, watching movies, enjoying the fireplace and hot tub. We were pleasantly surprised when we arrived to find Christmas lights on outside the cabin and a Christmas tree inside! Had no trouble finding it even at night, however the turn onto the one lane road from the exit off parkway was a little tricky; thought it was a driveway! On Christmas Day it was warm, so we walked down to lake and drove around the neighborhood; very idyllic settings. This cabin is very convenient to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Found a great place to eat which we highly recommend: "3 Jimmy's"; excellent food and prices. The cabin had everything except for extra blankets and beach towels to use for the hot tub. Luckily, there was a Walmart nearby in Pigeon Forge!
The owner, Marcie, was just wonderful. I was so concerned when we heard about the fires in Gatlinburg, that we were not going to have a Christmas vacation. Marcie communicated with me letting me know that everything was ok. We did see some nearby homes that were destroyed; it was very heartbreaking, but did not stop people from coming. Gatlinburg streets were full of people!
There was an ice maker and water dispenser in the full size fridge; plenty of cooking items and even a crock pot. Remember to bring toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, tin foil, ziplock bags, laundry and dishwashing detergents (regular and automatic), fabric softener, and cleaning wipes if you are staying for an extended period of time, like we did. You might also want to bring your own pillows.
It was great to be able to bring our dogs with us, they really enjoyed running around the property.
Overall, the cabin was clean, quiet, and slept 3 of us and 2 guests quite comfortably (2 king beds and pull out). Would definitely visit again, pricing was excellent, wish we could've stayed longer!
This cabin was exactly what my husband and I were looking for for a two day anniversary get away. The cabin was cozy and inviting. The fireplace was great and we loved the hot tub. We only cooked one meal in the house, but there were plenty of cooking utensils and pans to use. The location was perfect. We were in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge in no time. The cabin was secluded enough for us to really enjoy the quietness of the outdoors but the convinience of being close to town. We would love to stay here again. The owner was great to work with.
We booked this cabin for a family trip. My dad and his girlfriend are both disabled, and my dad has been dreaming of seeing the smoky mountains someday, and this little gem in the mountains couldn't have been more perfect. It was very easy to find, no crazy stairs or pathways to get in, and it comfortably accommodated 5 adults and our 2 year old dog. We had all seen the pictures before we got there but man, let me tell you. The pictures posted do it absolutely no justice. This place is a little slice of heaven. Everything was CLEAN. It smelled wonderful, and it was very tastefully decorated. The jacuzzi tubs in the bedrooms make it very romantic, and easy to take a hot bath and get right into bed afterwards, especially on cold nights! The hot tub was amazing. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans/dishes/silverware. There was even a Keurig, crockpot, blender, toaster, etc. Marcie truly is an amazing host. She called me the day we were on our way up to let me know that the ice maker was broken and she was in the process of having it fixed, wasn't a problem for us seeing as it was cold outside. The cabin is tucked away in the mountains literally RIGHT in the middle of Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. It made it very easy for us to spend time at both locations during our stay. We even saw some turkeys on the way down the road! The Wi-Fi was very high speed, and the cable definitely came in handy for watching election night. I could really go on for hours about this place. We cried when we left. Mostly because we didn't want to go home, but I got to bring my dad to one of the most beautiful places in our great country, and we couldn't have done it, and enjoyed it like we did without Marcie or her perfect little cabin. We know where we will be staying when we return in the years to come!
Had a great stay and all expectations were met. Will seek this cabin again and hope it is available when we do. Our only complaints are minor ones, and can be remedied with little effort. There was an odor from the master bedroom we think from the shower drain but not sure. Needs to be investigated by a pro. The other bath had a broken drain plug lift which is a minor repair. A+ rating from both couples on this stay. The refrige ice maker sprunge a leak but it froze it self and the owner said it would be taken care of.
Enjoyed the cabin. Super quiet . Comfortable place. Nice admenities !
We stayed for 10 days and the area where the home is located, was beautiful. It is away from the touristy area and up in the Smoky Mountains where it was quiet.
Unfortunately the directions were very confusing, * follow your GPS * and not the ones the owner gives you. Normal everyday essentials were very few,( IE: one roll toilet paper, paper towels, no soap, sponges, etc. and information to manage rental did not exist. We had garbage for 10 days that no one ever picked up.
The driveway is very steep and dark.
Cabin is located exactly 2 1/2 miles from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge right off the main road. The Great Smokey Mountains is just 5 minutes away for all your hiking and site seeing. Don't forget about the Outlet Mall shopping. There are over 100 outlet stores to choose from.
