Great stay!

  • 5 of 5

Yellowstone River Cabin 4 was well equipped, comfortable and a great place to stay for 4 adults. Close to Gardiner, MT and the north entrance to Yellowstone Park it was ideally situated for our purposes. Coupled with the fact that the Yellowstone River is right out the front door, the beautiful scenery and great weather, we couldn't have asked for more. An added plus is that the owner is quick to respond to any questions and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

Great place for wildlife and North Yellowstone access

  • 5 of 5

This place is beautiful with great access to the northern parts of Yellowstone. We saw elk from the back porch each morning and even saw a young grizzly bear lumbering up the Yellowstone River bed one morning. Fishing was also terrific right out the back door!

Great place to stay and see Yellowstone and area.

  • 5 of 5

We enjoyed the cabin very much. It does have great views of the river and surrounding mountains. Just two of us so we had plenty of room, we used the bedroom with the doubles as storage and dressing room. Kitchen had plenty of items needed for meals. We did not cook a lot

but ate at the Raven (wonderful, I told our waiter to complement the chef on the great steak special) and Chico Hot Springs. The Market in town, though small, had plenty of things for breakfast and quick meals. Also took a side trip to Bozeman, don't miss Ted's, great bison at great prices. But, be ready to carry your own garbage with you when you depart.

Yellowstone River Cabin

  • 4 of 5

You can tell this is a well loved cabin. The setting is wonderful sitting on the banks of the Yellowstone River. We had 2 bachelor elk visit in the front yard and in the backyard great views of a curve of the yellowstone river. The dirt road used to approach the property was alway a great drive with lots of pronghorns and elk grazing in the fields on both sides of the road. The deck is so nice that we grilled out on the gas grill every night. We loved it.

Great stay

  • 4 of 5

It was great stay at Jennifer's cabin, she has all the amenities in her cabin setup, the utensils are great, looks like after someone poster review about the old utensils being not usable Jennifer replaced it with new one's which are great to use, we even used her plastic carry on lunch boxes when we were hiking in yellowstone. The morning view was beautify with elks and moose playing in the backyard, and if you are staying there on a clear night you can see the whole galaxy, the day we arrived it was clear starry night and it looked so fabulous, thank you Jennifer for taking care of minute details and the amazing cabin you have. Next time when we visit yellowstone we will stay there definitely.

Mountain Paradise

  • 5 of 5

This beautiful cabin, set with views of the mountains and elk grazing in the area, is a perfect setting for a mountain vacation. The cabin was well appointed with wildlife and mountain decor including 2 cozy monogrammed robes for their guests. The access road was a bumpy dirt road which led to the town of Gardiner and the Yellowstone entrance. The location of this cabin was excellent for access to our day trips to Yellowstone. Comfortable beds, an outstanding deck with great views and a working fireplace added to the charm of this mountain retreat.
