Korrektes, sauberes Appartment

Die Wohnung ist in einem alten Haus im ersten Stock. Sie ist vielleicht nicht ganz so schick, wie es auf den Bildern wirkt, manchmal riecht es im Bad ein bisschen feucht - das Gebäude ist eben alt. Aber die Wohnung ist absolut in Ordnung. Sie ist sauber, die Betten sind okay, und sie ist mit Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine auch sehr gut ausgestattet. Allerdings gibt es keinen Esstisch, sondern nur einen Wandtisch mit Barhockern. Das sieht gut aus, ist aber nicht sonderlich gemütlich, dürfte jedoch vor allem für jüngere Leute sicher kein Problem sein. Das Schlafzimmer, das nach hinten zum Innhof liegt, und auch das Wohnzimmer mit der großen Schlafcouch sehr ruhig. Das Schlafzimmer nach vorne sollte man aber besser nur mit Ohropax benutzen, denn es geht auf eine recht stark befahrene Straße raus.

Ansonsten ist die Wohnung aber für Gäste, die Lust auf die lebendige Stadt Nancy haben, sehr zu empfehlen. Man ist in zehn Fußminuten in der Innenstadt. Der Vermieter ist nett und wohnt praktischerweise unten im Haus, sodass man auch einen Ansprechpartner vor Ort hat.

Emplacement idéal

Les plus: accueil chaleureux du propriétaire qui habite l'immeuble. un emplacement idéal pour visiter Nancy à pied, un must car le stationnement y est difficile. L'appartement est spacieux, clair, cuisine et sanitaires en parfait état, bonne literie, équipement récent.

Les moins: les tabourets hauts ont besoin d'être remplacés et le placard du couloir mériterait une porte en lieu et place du rideau.

Lo confesso: all'arrivo ero un po' preoccupata, perché l'esterno non prometteva molto bene. La zona non è centralissima (anche se poi ci si arriva a piedi in 10-15 minuti) e il palazzo è abbastanza anonimo. L'interno però nasconde un piccolo gioiellino: il restauro moderno ma rispettoso della costruzione antica, l'arredamento di design, l'ottima fornitura (sia per qualità che per quantità) di elettrodomestici, pentole e stoviglie lo ha reso un posto comodo e piacevole nel quale rientrare dopo una giornata alla scoperta di Nancy e dei suoi dintorni. Consigliato.

Parfait pied a terre pour visiter Nancy

Un propriétaire super sympa, très accueillant, et un appart a la hauteur de son descriptif. Literie confortable, déco très jolie, équipements modernes , nous voyagions en famille avec nos 2 filles en bas âge et tout était parfait pour nous 4! Appartement calme et très bien situé. 10min a pied de la place Stan, idem du centre commercial St Seb, bref , nous reviendrons!! Sans aucun doute!
