This was a dream vacation -- from the accommodations (loved the furniture on the screen porch) to the kind, courteous, responsive, and friendly staff at Beachside! Beautiful villa, fabulous service, and gorgeous beach -- can't wait to get back to IOP!
Most enjoyed: the location, complex pool
Next: Needs for this condo: more teaspoons, get rid of old dated stained cook wear, get more seating for the family room this place only had seating for 4 in the family room and the sofa is not comfortable, new cushions for the screened porch furniture-the sofa & chair cushions are old & saggy, porch ceiling fan is old dated should be replaced, each bedroom needs a real dresser for guests to store clothing so you don't have to live out of a suitcase for your stay, mattresses are soft & saggy- need replacing, some decent furniture on the sundeck like lounge chairs and a table with chairs, repaint with lighter colors, sliding doors are heavy & old - difficult for kids & older adults to open by themselves - need replacing too.
This condo has potential, but is very dated and needs improvements to seating & bedding. We wouldn't rent here again until it is updated.
