Treasure Island 601- Spacious three bedroom corner condo!

Our condo has the most beautiful 270 degree view of Panama City Beach from our 3 bedroom corner Unit 601. It has 9 ft ceilings, is fully furnished with contemporary West Indies style furniture, top-of-the line appliances and granite counter tops. Free wireless internet is provided. The master bedroom is beautifully appointed with high back West Indies style king-size bed with appropriate matching furnishings and accessories. The large armoire that matches the living room armoire holds a 42' TV. Make sure you take advantage of the large Master bath with a shower head on each end of the shower. The master bedroom has a private entrance to the Gulf balcony.

The other 2 bedrooms have queen-size beds, TVs, dressers, and night stands. Each bedroom has its own exit to the balcony. There are plenty of closets and drawer space located throughout the condo for your convenience.

The living room has seating for all guests of the condo unit. The sofa makes out into a queen size sleeper sofa. In addition, 2 large Chairs called Chair and a Half pull out into oversize twin beds.This unit easily can accommodate 10 guests.

The 2nd bathroom may be used by your visitors without going into your bedrooms.

The condo enjoys a large fully equipped kitchen with bar stools and adjoining dining room with dining table able to accommodate up to 10 people. The large living room has plenty of seating for all guests staying in the condo and has a 42 inch TV with DVD and VCR. It also has full sized washer and dryer in separate utility room, and a large 270 degree wrap around balcony will make it easy for you to enjoy our home as your home during your entire stay at the beach!

Let us say here, that you and your 'furry baby' are always welcome. We love animals and members of the Etowah Valley Humane Society. Treasure Island charges a $250 pet fee upon your arrival.

Rest assured, even though we allow small dogs, we are exceptional in making sure the next guest enjoys their stay at the condo knowing that the unit has been cleaned thoroughly.

Para sailing, windsurfing, jet skis, and banana boats are just a few of the things to do while at the beach, or do nothing but listen to the waves and enjoy the rays of the sun.

420 feet of white sand beach on the emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico, Treasure Island Resort Condominium is located on the quiet east end of Thomas Drive near St. Andrews State Park. The condo complex is right on the beach and features 120 ft long heated pool, deck chairs and gazebos. Liza's Munchies is our poolside snack bar conveniently offering sandwiches, beverages, and snacks while you enjoy the pool or the beach. We also offer a Fitness Room. The building is served by four high speed elevators, covered parking with five separate covered walkovers to the condo building.

Panama City Beach is long famous for its nightlife with Schooners, Club La Vela and Spinnakers. Schooners has live bands and is just a 2 minute walk from Treasure Island!! Treasure Island is conveniently located on uncrowded Thomas Drive near many fine restaurants, miniature golf courses, and amusement rides.

Beautiful condo with extraordinary views!!!

This condo is amazingly decorated with a view of the coastline you will never forget. I almost hate writing a review because I feel like it will be booked up and I may never get it again if I tell how truly awesome it is. It was very spacious, had everything we needed appliance wise, plenty of sleeping space as we had my elderly dad, nephew, my husband and I, 3 teenagers and 1 pre-teen. There was plenty of space for all. Bathrooms are huge for condos. Closets were also surprisingly huge. I cannot express enough how gorgeous the views from this 3 sided balcony is. Sunrise or sunsets, you can see them both right from your condo or balcony. Loved the 6th floor as we could park on that level and walk straight to the room without using elevators. However, when elevators were used to pool/beach, they were fast and never full. Our stay was perfect. Love the quietness when I want it but not too far from all the other attractions when it's time for that. Boondocks is about 15 minutes away and is by far the best place to eat. We will be returning to this particular unit again.

In a word, WOW!

Sadly my first review failed to load, and I'm guilty of never posting again...there is a silver lining, though. If I remember it this way, almost a year later, it had to be pretty great to leave such a lasting impression...

We were looking for a last minute condo in Panama City and happened upon this one that happened to be in a condo that we knew to be located perfectly and quiet, Treasure Island. My wife handled the details, and as I recall we didn't even look at pictures before beginning our trek, because a condo's a condo, right?

Wrong.

As we opened the door into the foyer, and the room opened up all we could say was, "Wow." Ok, so we actually said it a few times. Granite counter tops, tile, tasteful decor were the first impressions. Then we saw the balcony. As a few have stated in other reviews, I believe this wrap-around balcony to offer the absolute best view in PCB, and I've stayed in a quite a few over the last 20 years. Each bedroom, all three of them, has access to the balcony. The master bath is incredible; it has dual heads that stretched my time in the shower more than once.

I literally can't think of one complaint almost a year later. Even the front desk folks were super nice when we checked in. I loved the location, on the cusp of all that's happening, but not stuck in the middle of it.

We will be back, and hope Tina can accommodate us again this year. If you're debating, stop. Just book it, and you'll be glad.

My family and I really en...

My family and I really enjoyed staying in this spacious unit. The view was extraordinary. We all enjoyed the wrap-around porch. During our stay the ocean was breathtakingly beautiful. We hope to make this our new home away from home in Panama City.

BUT #601 AT TREASURE ISLAND IS UNDOUBTEBLY THE BEST ,MOST CONVENIENT,QUIETEST & MOST COMFORTABLE PLACE EVER ! It took me a while to be ...

It took me a while to be able to post, (busy after my trip!) This was the most wonderful place! The condo is just gorgeous! The view spectacular. Plenty of room, anything you could possibly need. These people are so great to work with, and pay attention to details. We had the most wonderful time, and plan to stay here every chance we get!! I just can't say enough about this condo or the wonderful, kind people who own it. Don't hesitate to stay here, you will love it!! Thank you Parnick and Tina for being so gracious and providing such a great vacation spot!!

Standard entry time is 3:00 pm and departure time is 10:00 am. Spring Break entry time is 4:00 pm and departure time is 9:00 am. Early entry and departure is not available. THE PRIMARY GUEST MUST BE 21 YEARS OLD IN ORDER TO STAY AT THIS PROPERTY.

We provide a starter kit of basics for your stay including two rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, a small bar of soap at each sink, a roll of paper towels, dishwasher detergent for two to three loads of dishes in the dishwasher, and one trash bag per trash can in the kitchen and bathrooms. This should get you started until you make your grocery store run to get what you will need for your entire stay.

Each bed will be made with fresh linens with the exception of the sleeper sofa. Linens for the sleeper sofa will be in the closet of the master bedroom. Please try to keep bedding off of the floor. We provide 12 bath towels and washcloths, as well as two hand towels and a bathmat per bathroom, and two kitchen towels and one dishcloth in the kitchen.

There is a washer and dryer, as well as an iron and ironing board. We also provide a vacuum, broom, dustpan, mop and mop bucket for use during your stay. We do not provide cleaning chemicals or laundry detergent due to individual allergies. Most condos are not equipped with hair dryers.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund if canceled at least 30 days before arrival date.
  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
