Lovely country house in stone and wood finishes with wi-fi, nice garden with aromatic plants, porch with kitchen, oven and outdoor grill, large terrace with stunning valley and mountain views. There are bicycles. It is a cozy and easily accessible with private parking house. Located in the idyllic Valle de Sóller (Mallorca North. Sierra de Tramontana. World Heritage.) Between mountains and orange and a few minutes walk from the square, restaurants, terraces and shops selling local produce.

near the Port of Sóller and the beach. Excursions great for the area and places to visit. Ideal to unwind and outdoor sports; hiking, biking, mountain climbing, water sports, fishing, sailing, diving etc.

The house has beautiful views from every room and terrace for star gazing, solarium, chill-out ..

The kitchen is fully equipped and appliances are new, ceramic hob, microwave, dishwasher, toaster etc ... breakfast bar,

dining-office with wood stove new acquisition, living room with comfortable sofa, T. V and ceiling fans.

The master bedroom is high, bright, spacious and cozy ceilings. Room with privacy and direct access to the terrace, double bed and cot.

The study gives directly to the garden of orange and lemon trees, is a peaceful and quiet room communicates directly with the living room and has backdoor access to the garden and porch. It has 2 single beds, wardrobe and small desk. The bathroom and beautifully designed garden window.

Lovely stay

We stayed one week in Eva beautiful house and had a great time here!

The house is in a really cool location, you can go to Soller center really easily.

Also we did a hike to Sa capelletta departing directly from the house.

The two bikes that were provided allowed us to go to Fortnalux and Binaraix without using a car as well.

The garden is really nice and we were able to eat outside even if it was late October.

The house is really well provided with everything needed. The only drawback is the noise in the Upstair room (due to the traffic on the adjacent road), but if you go there, don't worry the worst day is the saturday...it was OK the other nights.

Eva was really helpful and provided lots of details on what to do in the area.

We were there with two children and the baby bed as well as a baby chair were provided.

A lovely simple rustic house

We had a lovely 3 week holiday and particularly enjoyed the fresh oranges from the garden. It was an easy 10 min walk to the centre square and we found the addition of the two simple bicycles perfect for taking the easy flat ride to the port. The roof terrace was great to use for the warmer sunny days even in late feb. We didn't make use of the lovely upstairs bedroom as the house was directly adjacent to the street but we slept in the downstairs room leading onto the garden at the rear of the cottage. Eva the owner was particularly helpful and made sure the gardener provided us with plenty of wood for the burner as we were still in the cooler months.

Lovely House

We have been there first two weeks of March with 2 kids (four and six years old). It was a lovely stay. The house is very nice and we loved to have breakfast and dinner outdoors in the sun in the nice garden. Pickup and handover were arranged extremely friendly and comfortable. The house offers very nice roof terrace with lovely 360 degree mountain view. We loved it!

Tolles Haus. Sehr gute Lage. Gute Ausstattung.

Mit den Fahrrädern ist man schnell im Zentrum von Soller. Ausreichender Supermarkt und nettes Restaurant auch zu Fuß (< 10 Min.) zu erreichen.

Trotzdem ruhige Lage mit tollem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Gute Ausstattung, auch in der Küche, was für uns immer wichtig ist. Auch der "Grillplatz" ;-) wurde von uns ausgiebig genutzt. Rosmarin, Majoran am Küchenfenster. Zitronen und Orangen im Garten.

Rein/raus mit dem Auto ist wirklich ein bisschen eng, aber wir haben es eh nur zur An- und Abreise benutzt.

Sehr zu empfehlen.

Gute Erholung, aber....

Finka sehr schön, alles drin und dran

Leider liegt sie an einer Einfahrtstr. nach Soller, ist zwar eine Einbahnstr., aber nervt an Ruhetagen schon....

Leider auch kein funktionierendes WLAN und kein dt. TV. Das trägt zwar zum Abschalten bei, ist aber nervig, wenn man mal Nachrichten sehen will.

Während unseres Aufenthaltes war der Nachbar mit Bauarbeiten beschäftigt, so dass wir immer früh wach waren. :-) Auch das Müllauto war immer pünktlich 8:15 zur Containerleerung (vor dem Haus) da.

Jeden Tag frischer Orangensaft von den eigenen Bäumen ist der Hammer, auch die Zitronen sind umwerfend.

Der Empfang absolut herzlich, Betreuung super,....

Gute Lage und schöner Blick auf Soller und das Tramuntana Gebirge

Das Haus bietet Küche, Wohnzimmer/Eßzimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und 1 Bad. Es ist gut geeignet für 2 (- 4) Personen. Ein Schlafzimmer auf der 1. Etage hat ein Doppelbett. Das Zimmer ist sehr schön, hat aber den Nachteil, dass die Toilette sich im EG befindet. Der Weg ist z. T. nicht vor Regen geschützt.

Es wird den ganzen Tag von der Sonne verwöhnt. Der Garten ist großzügig und bepflanzt mit Zitronen- und Orangenbäumen. Die Orangen liefern einen hervorragenden Saft.

Der Weg in die Stadt beträgt 10 Minuten zu Fuß und 5 Minuten mit dem Rad. Die Versorgungslage mit Supermarkt, Bars und Restaurants ist mehr als zufriedenstellend.

Das Grundstück hat einen Parkplatz für ein 1 Auto, allerdings ist die Nutzung sowohl bei Heimkehr als auch beim Wegfahren eine Herausforderung.

Die Betreuung durch Franzisco bei Über- und Rückgabe der Schlüssel war sehr angenehm und professionell.

In einigen Details würde sich ein upgrade empfehlen: hochwertige Bettwäsche und Handtücher, ein Holzbrett in der Küche und eine Nesspresso-Maschine für einen guten Kaffee.

The house is well located in one of the most picturesque areas of the Soller valley where many start hiking trails and rural roads of the Tramuntana and is easily accessible. Located near the village center, the mountain, the Port de Sóller, the beach and emblematic villages as Biniaraix, Fornalutx, Deiá..etc

The property has private parking, large garden and bicycles, which are very useful for getting around the area. There is a supermarket, tiendasy little restaurants close at hand. The public outdoor pool, deck and paddle club are within 5 minutes plus the tram that runs through the heart of the valley to Puerto de Sóller and the beach. The square and the center of town, which are always lively with cafes, terraces, restaurants, craft shops and local products are just 1/2 minutes by bike

The Saturday market is worth a visit.

Ideal for families, friends, couples, hikers, nature lovers, outdoor sports mountain air and water property. Rural tourism. Excursions by alredeores great and nearby. Soller has constant and varied cultural activities, museums, art galleries, concerts, exhibitions, gastronomic Firas, tafonas oldest in olive oil production, textile mills, modernist and guided routes ....
