Located in Settlers Crossing in the East Village. Ground floor, open floor plan, with two bedrooms, double access bathroom, spaciously accommodating 7 people. Luxurious, gourmet kitchen with all the amenities of home. Ski-in and ski-out to the slopes. Heated tile floors, ice maker, gas fireplace. In suite laundry, ski lockers, underground parking. Enjoy our two Smart TV's or just sit back and enjoy the picturesque mountain views just outside your window. Private patio with hot tub. Our place is family friendly with games and movies and a few toys for baby too. All this and just a short walk to the village.

About Paul and Pina Corea

We live in South Surrey B.C. with our two children. We loved Sun Peaks from our first visit. We love the drive up to the mountain and we can stop in and visit family and friends in Kamloops on our way. Sun Peaks has something for our whole family, regardless of the time of year. We have enjoyed our condo very much over the last few years. Me and the kids learned to ski in Sun Peaks, it is our favorite ski hill. We have been to others. We especially love being able to ski right back into our place after a long fun day!

Settlers Crossing has beautiful views. We are located right on the golf course. Just a short walk into the village and all the amenities. We are a quick convenient ski down to the Mount Morrisey chair lift and ticket booth. At the end of the day you can take a simple green run right back home.

A fabulous place to stay!!

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa Corea! Pina was very thorough leading up to the stay and provided all of the necessary information with timely and clear communication. The place was very clean, and had everything you would need or expect! The hot tub on the balcony was a welcome bonus at the end of a long day on the mountain. Our kids really enjoyed the bunk beds, TV in their room, and fun games to play as well. Overall a fantastic place to stay for us with no complaints at all!! Thank you again for helping us have such a wonderful experience!!

Perfect spot for us.

This was our second year in a row staying in this unit. We love your place. The only reason for the 4 and not 5 star rating is the hot tub was quite foamy. Other than that we had a great time!

Perfect ski week

Very convenient location to spend our March Break vacations at Sun Peaks. Alpine and nordic ski trails are just a minute away from the condo and the spa was very convenient to end the day. The condo is clean and well-equipped and the owners were very responsive to our emails.

Unit is nice but needs a good clean

The unit is well set up with all you need in the kitchen. The cleaning that needs to be done by the guests is a little more than normal. The kitchen needs a good clean because the cleaners do not clean it. A light bulb is out in the kitchen, there was lots of dirt under the couch etc. The cleaners do a quick wipe by the looks of things and the guests are expected to clean. For the price I should not have to clean. I do not expect that of my Airbnb guests in our rental unit. This unit is best for one family, it would be tight with 2 families and only one bathroom. The owners do not respond to questions so if you need any information or help, book with someone else. We sent an email and to this day have never heard from them

Owner's Response: Hi Michelle, I am very upset to hear that our place was not properly cleaned for you. I absolutely do not expect any of my guests to have to do any cleaning! I have passed your issues onto my cleaners and I will deal with them, because that is completely unacceptable. As for not receiving any communications from me. This I disagree with completely. I received no emails from you. The only email I received from you was on Jan 22 at 8:44pm when you informed me that you may need to cancel and asked if you did would you get your money back. I responded back your your email immediately on Jan 22 at 10:31pm saying it was getting close to your arrival date and I could not guarantee that I could rent out our place again and to please let me know as soon as possible if your plans were changing. I never heard back from you from that point on. I am here to help my guests 100%. The cleaning is out of my hands because I am not personally there and I will get to the bottom of that so it does not happen again. The comment "book somewhere else if you want owners to respond back to you or if you need help." is a false statement, pretty harsh and insulting I must say.

Family friendly gettaway

This was our second year at Casa Corea and it was again fantastic! We have 2 young boys and the condo is perfect, cozy and all the comforts of home down to a toy box of different things to keep them entertained :) The hot tub was perfect at the end of each day for relaxing. It is a very short walk to the village (or 2 min drive) even with the kids, the sledding hill is across the street or you can ski/board in/out so easily from the condo. Also the owners are so easy to correspond with and are prompt in replying. Highly recommend it and look forward to returning in the future.

Peaceful and relaxing after a hard day skiing

A very comfortable place to stay in Sun Peaks. Ski in ski out works well.

Well stocked kitchen and a great hot tub (serviced daily)

The host Pina was very helpful and responded quickly to all queries

Best to rent a car as there is heated underground parking and shopping in Kamloops is made easy
