Think Luxury Suite on the 16th floor! Looking for your own little secret hideaway in the middle of a busy city? On business for a few months and looking for somewhere cosy to put your feet up at the end of a 'rushed off your feet' style day? This stunning south-facing property is located right in the heart of the city centre, only a stone's throw away from Glasgow's renowned shopping area - Argyle Street, Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street. The Hilton and Marriott Hotels are located right next door to the property and Anderston Station is only a short walk away. Should you wish to jump on the train to Edinburgh, Queen's Street Station is only a 15 minute walk from the property and Central Station is on the same street! There are also excellent bus links to the airport nearby.
Glasgow's West End is about a 10-15 minute drive away and there you will find a vast array of bars and fine restaurants. Check out Ashton Lane for lots of quaint little bars, pubs and eateries. The University of Glasgow is also just off Byres Road (the main strip) and the Kelvinside Art Gallery, boasting Spanish baroque style architecture, is located on Argyle Street (West End side). Feel free to take a walk along the Clyde, which is steeped in history, or take a walk to the Charles Rennie Mackintosh tea rooms located on Buchanan Street. The Scottish Exhibition and Conference Centre (SECC) is also only a short distance away.
This two bedroom apartment is located on the 16th floor (top floor of the building) and there is lift access available. In total, there are two lifts in the building.
Both bedrooms are fully furnished and equipped with two double beds. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and, besides the main bathroom, there is an en suite in the master bedroom. The large entrance hallway is very welcoming and bright, and carpets throughout means your stay will be cosy - you'll feel at home almost immediately! The property is furnished to a very high standard to ensure you have as comfortable a stay as possible. Wi-Fi free of charge throughout the entire duration of your stay.
The property owner shall meet you at the apartment to provide you with a set of keys and the car park fob.
Check-in time is between 4pm and 8pm, but we will always try to allow access earlier if requested, subject to availability. Should you require a later check-out, please let us know as soon as possible and we will do our best to accommodate.
Views are a must-see from this property! Happy to accommodate for long-term stays (three months or more).

A luxurious two-bed upper floor apartment in Glasgow's city centre, Suite 16 comes with parking, stunning 270-degree views over the city. Wi-Fi is free throughout. The bedrooms each have a double bed and there is an en suite bathroom in the master bedroom. There is an additional bathroom and toiletries and a hairdryer are provided. The living room/kitchen area is spacious and the apartment is carpeted throughout. The kitchen has a washing machine, a dishwasher, a refrigerator and an oven. The shopping area, including Argyle Street, Buchanan Street and Sauchiehall Street is about 10 minutes’ walk from Suite 16 Glasgow. Anderston Rail Station is a 3-minute walk away.

Stunning Views - YES, Luxurious - ABSOLUTELY NOT
This is a rental property in need dire of attention: carpets need a cleaning, chair in lounge ripped at seam, there is no padding on one arm of the sofa-just cloth over wood!, a fresh paint job needed, water in bathtub comes out through faucet and shower head at the same time and starts a heavy drip in kitchen sink, the ensuite shower door does not fully open, the shower head is hanging by a rubber band, only ONE roll of toilet tissue is each bathroom for a 7-day stay, NO facial tissue, 1/8 roll of paper towels in kitchen, only 4 garbage bags for a 7-day stay, FILTHY DIRTY frying pans in kitchen(Teflon scratched off, exposed metal in fry pan bottom is a health hazard - not surprising since there are NO plastic utensils, only metal ones!), no pot holders for hot utensils, dishwashing liquid but no dish drying rack, only enough dishwashing tablets for 1/day, washer but not detergent or fabric softener, one dish towel and cloth in the kitchen and finally several times there was an annoying high pitched sound coming from the kitchen faucet - had to turn on the water to stop the sound - not pleasant at 0100.
If planning to stay here bring or be prepared to purchase toilet paper, facial tissue, garbage bags, dishwashing tablets, washing detergent and fabric softener, frying and roasting pans if planning to eat in, plastic kitchen utensils.
For reference this is not our first stay at a Home Away property and we have NEVER experienced items mentioned above. Never before have we had to purchase such basic necessities, always had enough for a 7-day stay. We usually have breakfast in and many evenings also have dinner in after a long day of sightseeing.
Everything above is accurate as described which is unfortunate. James at the front office is extremely helpful; Michael who checked us in answered all our questions accurately and was extremely pleasant; all the appliances were in good working order; the view from the flat is exceptional and the location is very convenient to the train station, subway, shopping, restaurants and the City Center.
The carpets were cleaned only a few weeks ago and are due to be replaced next month. The chair is brand new and the rip has only just happened - sadly this happens regularly with the apartment being a rented one. A new sofa will also be going in next month and as for the paint job this is carried out regularly but we can't prevent marks to the walls from luggage primarily though we do try our best. We do not supply endless rolls of paper of any kind as we are trying to be sustainable and encourage people to use less during their stay but we will endeavour to leave out an extra roll from now on. We do provide facecloths so I am trying to understand what is meant by no facial tissue? The kitchen appliances that's been replaced and thanks to your feedback we will provide additional appliances. A plumber is due to go in next week to attend to the tap/faucet issues - I wish you had contacted us to inform us of the above during your stay and this matter would have been resolved. Thanks for the tips.
A Good Choice for Glasgow
The location next to two bus stops on Argyle Street makes it convenient for those without a car. Property Manager Michael met me on site and briefed me on how to use the appliances, TV, etc. Having a security man (James) on site is helpful for questions and assistance. A small Tesco grocery store is nearby and the Central Train Station is only a half mile away. Having a Marriott Hotel next door and a Hallmark Hotel across the street for some meals is quite helpful. There are many places to eat close by. The Hop On Bus stops across the street is a great way to get the feel of this sprawling, vibrant city. The museums are excellent in Glasgow. I found the locals to be very friendly and I enjoyed my stay.

My family and I stayed here for two nights. It was a secure building with it's own parking space in a secured garage. The view was beautiful. The apartment was clean and spacious. It is in a great location. We were able to walk to see everything we wanted to see in Glasgow. If I were to return, I wouldn't hesitate to rent this condo again.
Beautiful Apartment in Glasgow Centrally located
We only had one night here as we were working our way to Ireland. The apartment was lovely and had a magnificent view. We were within walking distance of restaurants and other activities. We wished we could have stayed longer. Glasgow was a lot of fun! We ate dinner at a great place called Slouch, yummy!. We would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family. The apartment was clean and well cared for by the owners.
I would stay here again!
