About Lynn Ronchetto
Originally from Chicago, I am currently living in New York but plan to move to St. John soon to enjoy the beautiful island. I fell in love with the St. John after having visited on my honeymoon many years ago and knew one day that I would like to make this home.
Lynn Ronchetto purchased this Cottage in 2017

A great location to base out of for St John adventures. Close to Cruz Bay and all of the beaches. Perfect grill, deck, view and hot tub!
Starry nights, breezy days
Delightful home away from home. All times of day presented instagram-worthy views and blissful ocean breezes. Perfect nook for a week of fruity blender rum drinks and big breakfasts before heading out to explore the island. The neighbors--bananaquits, anoles, iguanas, anis and thrashers--were fun visitors, and the stars at night (southern cross was front and center amid shooting stars) didn't disappoint. Comfy beds with fans and AC (if that's your thing) as we dozed off to the sound of the waves. Never did find the trail to the beach, but we were away too often to care--next time we'll try again! Easy enough cottage to find, close to Cruz Bay, cannot wait to come back.
Beautiful views close to Cruz Bay
This charming cottage had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay! We enjoyed breathtaking sunsets every night over Cruz bay and walked to the beach in view a few times to collect souvenirs! We mostly cooked our own food and the property had everything we needed. We grilled a few times as well. There are four beach chairs and a beach blanket there for use which were perfect! Only warning!!! Be careful of ants!!! Anything that isn’t sealed or canned keep in the fridge :) other then that we loved it and would stay again.
