The property is on two levels with the top level having 4 double bedrooms and the bottom level hosting the dining and living areas, a cloakroom plus the kitchen and a 5th twin bedroom. The property also includes a separate independent guest apartment/pool house (additional cost see below) with a kitchenette and living area plus a separate double bedroom. Air Conditioned throughout Hot/Cold, ample parking space. Very private location with lots of green and breathtaking views from almost all windows. Almost unique to this area the guests can enjoy a heated pool for the cooler months (heating service costs a small extra to cover electricity charges).
Wifi and Sonos stereo system included.
Master Bedroom with double bed, walk in wardrobe satellite TV/DVD. Bedroom 2 with double bed, satellite TV/DVD. Bedroom 3 and 4 both with double beds and sharing adjacent bathroom. Bedroom 5 with twin beds, small TV. Bedroom 6 in guest house, double bed, sofa bed, TV.
En-suite Master Bedroom bathroom large shower, jacuzzi, double basin. En suite bathroom to bedroom 2 with shower, Bathroom shared by bedroom 3 and 4 with bath. Separate cloakroom/ WC downstairs next to twin bedroom. Bathroom in guest house.
Modern Kitchen with cooker,hob,oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dish washing machine, coffee maker, and all cooking utensils. Outside Kitchen/BBW area has a covered bar counter with stools and separate fridge/freezer.

Wood floors though out. Large French doors throughout the living area leading directly to the pool area. Dining room with large wooden table/chairs seating up to 10 people, Lounge area with large leather sofas and TV area with satellite TV and DVD player.
Bathroom and Pool Towels are included in the rental. Bed linen included. Property is cleaned and bedlinen changed once per week with towels replaced twice per week.

Access to the property is very easy once the car is driven down from the front gate. Car can be parked in front of front door and access is at this same level. House is on two levels so renters need to be able to climb up and down between these two levels.
Beautiful Private Heated Pool: bean shaped, 45 Sq Metres with night lighting and with a fountain feature at the back. Patio with large outdoor dining area with seating for 10 people. Many sun loungers, small tables and areas of shade including an outdoor seating area with a small sofa. Barbecue/ outdoor kitchen with bar area and stools. Absolutely stunning views onto the green forest and then the down to the marina of Puerto Portals.
WIFI available and included in price.
Guesthouse incurs an extra cost of 500 Euros per week. Pool heating is an extra 500 Euros per week.
Additional services such as extra cleaning available on request and at an extra fee. These extra services may include: arranging hire cars, golf tee times, tickets, personal shopper, home visits from beautician/hairdresser, airport runs, Chefs, maid service, party planner.

We are an international family, our nationalities comprising: Italian, German, North America and British. My husband and I have lived in London for over 15 years now and enjoy it all (except maybe the weather ;)). We love Mallorca and have realised a dream when we bought our property there.

Why Odette chose Costa d'en Blanes
Two years ago we booked a holiday to Mallorca and by chance rented this very same villa. Our children at the time were 5 and 7 years old. We fell in love with the property and with Mallorca as a whole and were extremely lucky that the property went on sale just as were started to look around in Costa Den Blanes for a house to buy. This area has the immense advantage of having the breathtaking views and the tranquillity that comes with being up a hill and away from the crowds, but also the easy access to the exciting night life that Mallorca has to offer with the uber cool Puerto Portals and its great restaurants and shops just 5 minutes and Palma just 10 minutes drive away. The area also offers horseback riding, football classes, sailing school, golf and great beaches.
What makes this Villa unique
One of the big advantages that this property has respect to some of the other properties in this area is that it is very private with parts of it feeling like you are 'suspended' into the green belt that runs along a whole side of the property. Most of the windows have uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean and of the green belt. It feels very peaceful and serene.

Perfect villa in excellent location
We visited the villa in October 2 families with 5 kids. It was a great stay.
The villa has fantastic seaview a very spacious terrace, heated pool and an outside bar - so the exterior really works well when the wheather is nice. The interior is also high quality , nicely configurated with great views and perfectly clean.
All in all, we can definately recommend this villa :-)
Beautiful and Spacious Home in Great Location
We traveled to Majorca for the first time and had a wonderful stay at Casa Encanto. The home was a perfect fit, with a plethora of space for our party of 8 (4 adults and 4 children). Located within a quick drive of Portals and Palma, the location provides easy access to a multitude of dining and cultural options. Equipped with Sonos, board games, a huge pool w/ optional heating, and large, comfortable beds, it's a perfect spot for a family holiday or reunion. There were a few hiccups with the Home Servicing Company related to what felt like us being the first renters of the season (i.e. outdoor lighting not working, outdoor fridge non-operational, lack of toilet paper/trash bags, arrival of the cleaning team 2 hours earlier than agreed departure time, etc), but all of these issues were minor compared to the luxury and comfort that Casa Encanto provided.

A well furnished and well designed Villa that we would book again.
Our whole party really enjoyed the Villa and location.
The pool and out door bar were used the whole time.
The bedrooms were a good size with good beds and mattresses.
The heating was useful at night.
Would definitely book again.
A fantastic villa for a family holiday !
Casa Encanto is the perfect place for a memorable family holiday. We are a large family with children and there was plenty of room for us all inside and out. The large family kitchen and outdoor kitchen/BBQ area as well as the overall decor and facilities at the house are exceptional.
The villa is a short taxi ride or a 25 min walk from the port, an ideal location! The supermarket is 5 min drive away.
We had an excellent family holiday and would highly recommend Casa Encanto to anyone!
The property was well maintained and is exactly what we expected from the pictures.
Overall we had a great vacation. This was our first time visiting Mallorca and we really enjoyed it. The property management company was very knowledgable of the area and set us up with a great chef (Martin). His service/ food was excellent. It was great to have someone cook and clean up for us one evening.
The only complaint I had was that we were supposed to have a mid week cleaning service that did not come. Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Recently stayed here with family and friends. Thoroughly enjoyed this villa and the facilities provided, exceeded expectations all round. Beautiful view over Puerto Portals and great location.

Coast/Beach The closest beach is the one off Puerto Portals. This is about 5 minutes drive away. You could walk there in about 15 minutes but the return journey is uphill! There are many beautiful beaches all along the south west coast, all 5-20 minutes drive away. Golf Many of the most prestigious Golf courses including Bendinat, Santa Ponsa, plus Son Vida all at less than 10 minutes drive away. How to get there 20 minutes drive from Palma International Airport Distances Driving distances Palma: 15 minutes Puerto Portals: 5 minutes (can also walk but the return journey is uphill!) Santa Ponsa: 10 minutes Port d'Andratx/Sant Elm: 20 minutes Pollenca: 45 minutes Soller: 30 minutes Deia: 40 minutes Further Details Plenty of supermarkets in the area, some open on Sundays. Closest supermarket is 5 minutes drive away. Pharmacy, Banks etc.. all at Puerto Portals which also has Michelin star restaurants, many family friendly restaurants (pizza, brasseries etc.) and many shops mainly top end/branded shops and very cool beach-wear boutiques.

Rates include rental of the Main House with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and 1 toilet. Use of the Guesthouse with one extra bedroom, sitting room with sofabed, kitchen and bathroom incurs an additional cost of 500 Euros per week. Optional use of pool heating incurs an additional 500 Euros to cover electricity costs. Changeover on Saturday. Some exceptions can be made outside of high season.
