Killington is the biggest ski resort in the Northeast, and The 76 House offers a unique combination of slopeside accessiblity and luxury accommodations.
We had a great time at this very nice home. Newly renovated, great location. We were all very comfortable, lots of space and enjoyed all the amenities this home has to offer....hot tub, new kitchen, fireplace. Would love to stay at the home when Killington Mountain is open, since it is a ski on-ski off property. I would highly recommend the home to everyone and will definitely book this property again.
Girls just wanna have fun and YES we did have a great time at the 76 House. The maid of honor stayed at this property a couple of years ago and insisted that we plan our girls trip there. I can’t tell you Everything that happened on our trip…. but, I can say that our visit to the 76 House was magical and way better than advertised. My only suggestion is to plan early for winter dates, because it looks like they always sell out in the ski season!
The hot tub on the outside deck was always was hot and cleaned daily. The cedar sauna was delightful! The steam shower was heavenly! Firewood was always supplied and ready to burn! Our WiFi service was high speed and ALL of our devices worked great, as we needed to connect for work. The location of the 76 House is fantastic, with simple access to the best novice ski trail in all of Killington. We can’t wait to get back!!
This is our seventh year in a row with our family ski vacation to this Beautiful House and what a wonderful surprise our family was treated to on our arrival this year. The entire house was completely renovated and how beautiful it is!!! The kitchen was spectacular, the new furniture and appointments extremely plush, so nice and relaxing. The electronics were top of the line, including a 70 inch smart tv above the fireplace, complete with HD in the bedrooms and game room. The company does a fantastic job servicing the house on a daily basis, which including a daily hot tub cleaning service, trash pick up and endless firewood supplies… My husband loves the over sized slate wood burning fireplace at the House and the fact that he never has to worry about firewood or fire starters, as that is constantly maintained and supplied without having to ask! Our family enjoys the freedom of being located on the main ski trail and going up with a gondola. We highly recommend this spectacular single family home to anyone to book, except on our dates:)!, as we have already booked our 2016 family vacation for the 76 House! Job well done!
Not a true skionskioff trail side property as advertised. My family had to walk thru a parking lot across a street up a driveway and climb a hill to the trail, and the same way back. Bathroom showers were plastic/fiberglass stalls, had mold on shower doors. The heat was control remotely by NEST thermostats. Also had mice issues.
My family and I really enjoyed our time at The 76 House. It is super close to the Ski Trail, an easy trail for kids (i have 2 little kids) and they really loved it! My husband, mom and siblings with their kids, enjoyed as well. Beautiful rooms, all the amenities they promised us. Perfect fireplace, hot tub daily cleaning ( it was very important after hours of ski) and big TV Plasma. I highly recommend to stay in this perfect home, right next to the ski trail. I think the house should have couple pots and pans, but when I requested, they brought it in less than 30 min! Wau! It is totally worth it!
