Protaras Holiday Villa PR125 Eleonora is located in one of the most affluent areas of Protaras, the Profitis Elias Hill in convenient quiet location just 4 minutes’ drive from the lively centre of Protaras and some of the most beautiful beaches of Cyprus.
Situated in a large plot of land the villa features a large 5x10 metre swimming pool surrounded by a well maintained lawn and mature garden with colorful flowers, local plants and large lawn covered space for the kids to play on. A Pergola covered patio offers a comfortable dining area near the BBQ.
The house is very well maintained and offers an open plan living room and dining area and a semi-separate kitchen. Both the kitchen as well as the living room is fully equipped and for those that want to get the winter sun there is also a large wood-burning fireplace to create a cozy and warm atmosphere.
The ground floor also features two bedrooms, one double and one twin and a third bedroom is situated on the upper floor loft.
