The condo has been completely upgraded and features a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The Ski in and Ski-out location is at the base of the Quicksilver lift on Peak Nine. The hot tubs and pool overlook the ski area. Check in at the lobby of the Village at Breckenridge. Excellent front desk service. Be the first on the mountain with First Track's Friday. Access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public on select mornings mid December through the end of March.

This location is in town, excellent dining, coffee shops, grocery store and entertainment are right out your door. Fully stocked kitchen, one full bath with linens, views of mount Baldy and the Plaza. This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor. Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults. Summer Activities: in the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course, Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream. In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January. This is located across the street from the condo complex. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

Perfect Location

The studio apartment was clean, updated and in the perfect location. We parked our car and didn't get back in it until we left. We were there during the off-season so some of the shops and restaurants were closed but we loved the quiet. The hot tubs, sauna and steam room were an amazing perk. The only thing I wish this place had was a balcony but other than that, I would definitely stay here again!

great location!

this was a great studio condo that was just right for the two of us. the location is a huge plus. we were in Breck for the bike/rec paths, hiking and enjoying the Main Street area, so this was just perfect. the hubs worked out in the fitness center and utilized the hot tubs and steam rooms and he was happy these were provided. the hot tubs were sooooo relaxing at night under the stars! Jeff was a very responsive owner and totally took care of any issues promptly!

A Return Visit

This condo suits us perfectly. We skied at Breckenridge for a week last year and stayed at Jeff's condo. We enjoyed it so much we came back for two weeks this year. The condo is clean, comfortable, well lit, sensibly stocked, close to lifts and shops and is reasonably priced. What more could we need?

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away

Rates are subject to change until the res. is confirmed. The condo is in town and next to Peak 9 slopes. Getting around Breckenridge is very easy. Walk around town, hiking/biking and skiing is right out the door or take the free trolley and bus service around Breckenridge and to Summit County. The Best way to arrive is by shuttle from Denver International Airport. Some popular shuttles are Peak One Express, Summit Express and Colorado Mountain Express. There are many more to choose from, these seem the most popular on the road. Uberski also will pick up in the Denver area for shuttle transportation to the condo. If you have a car parking fees are $25/nt and are paid at the front desk. One vehicle allowed/condo. If you would like to save some money, park in the overnight Ice Rink Lot $15/nt (.5miles) this is the closest lot to the Village at Breck or the Airport Lot $5/nt (2 miles) and take the free bus back to the Village after dropping off your luggage. See the Town of Breckenridge Overnight Parking website. Parking rates can change without notice. The closest day parking lot, is the "F" Lot. Damage Inspection performed after check out.
Credit card is required at check in for incidentals charges. Daily housekeeping is not included.
