About Jeff Bright

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

Jeff Bright purchased this condo in 1996

Why Jeff Bright chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We did enjoy our stay very much thank you. Check in was very easy and the location was perfect. The condo itself was just as promised. My family and I will be coming again next year.

Thanks again.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

All was great.

Convenient

  • 4 of 5

Being within walking distance to downtown shopping & restaurants made this a very convenient place to stay. Parking in the garage was a snap and safe place to park. This kitchen & bathroom have been updated and were well equipped. Walking in, the first things we noticed were spots on the carpet and the dirty ceiling fan, both were in need of "deep" cleaning. The furniture has been well used as the "sleeper" couch, the king "squeaky" bed, and side chair are in need of updating too. It is a studio, so it was small but loved having a kitchen. (Not sure how convenient it would be to pull out the sleeper couch, as not much room would be left if you did this.)

The Village Shop area were nearing the end of the update "quiet" construction. Access was blocked off for exploring/walking in the lake area and what shopping was open there. The walk around wasn't bad though. It will be nice when it is completed.

We went on a tour that the front desk recommended and the pickup/drop off were at the front door.

The owner responded by email quickly to the questions that we asked. We appreciated the quick response and the stay.

All in all we enjoyed our stay in Colorado.

Owner's Response: So glad you enjoyed your stay. The front desk would have take care of all the issues you had, no need to not have a great stay when the service is there to take care of any cleaning issues when you arrive or any maintenance issues. The condo should be clean and well cared for. I did inspect the condo myself and did have maintenance come up and immediately adjust the bedframe. No more squeaks. The inspector came in and I addressed the fan, and it was clean when I checked back later that day. The carpet is scheduled for a clean every fall and spring, but I am scheduling it early. A clean comfortable property is our highest priority. Again, please let the front desk know if the condo has any cleaning issues or maintenance upon arrival. You can also let us know by text or email and we will also address it. We hope every guest has an amazing stay and enjoys Breckenridge.

Great location and nice place to stay

  • 5 of 5

Room was very nice, building has great gym and indoor/outdoor pool. Lots of hot tubs. Great location right in center of town and right around corner from gondola, river walk center and supermarket.

Summer fun in Breck

  • 5 of 5

This was our first time in Breck and we loved it! We came for a wedding and fell in love with this little community😊򒠠The condo was as pictured. The kitchen is well stocked and very clean. The bathroom amenities are the best: quality products that are organic and smelled great. The king size bed is very comfortable. The best part is the stairs are right across from the condo entrance, which lead to the workout area, sauna, hot tubs and indoor/outdoor pool. Really relaxing to hang out there, even in the cool rain! The only negative is the condo assn needs to fix/update the jets. They were a little puny.

The location was perfect. 1/2 block from Main Street with great shopping and lots of places to eat! Lots of homemade and unique things, not generic run-of-the-mill stuff.

Parking in the garage is limited, even in summer. I can't imagine how crazy it would be in winter. The public parking across the street was full in the summer, for downtown shopping. But once you get parked moving around the city was easy as everything is easy walking distance. We didn't ride it but the city has a free shuttle to get around. Next time we will ride the gondolas and do some of the other activities!

Owner's Response: Thank you for your kind comments. The garage is partially closed off right now for maintenance, it should be completely open by Nov. So glad you enjoyed Breckenridge and hope you can stay again soon!

Map

Car: not necessary

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building, formally called the Liftside Studios. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away
