About Jeff Bright

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

Jeff Bright purchased this condo in 1996

Why Jeff Bright chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We did enjoy our stay very much thank you. Check in was very easy and the location was perfect. The condo itself was just as promised. My family and I will be coming again next year.

Thanks again.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

All was great.

A Return Visit

  • 5 of 5

This condo suits us perfectly. We skied at Breckenridge for a week last year and stayed at Jeff's condo. We enjoyed it so much we came back for two weeks this year. The condo is clean, comfortable, well lit, sensibly stocked, close to lifts and shops and is reasonably priced. What more could we need?

Great & Cozy Spot at the base of the mountain!

  • 5 of 5

We loved staying at Jeff's unit 4205 in The Village. Stellar location, and the unit is very well cared for. We loved the hot tubs at the base of the mountain, and the afternoon snacks served in the lobby. The kitchen is great in the unit as well!

Great place in the perfect location!

  • 5 of 5

This studio-style accommodation was perfect! The condo property is well-maintained, with four excellent hot tubs! We were steps from the chair lift AND steps from downtown! The room itself was cozy and comfortable. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

One tip if you plan to ski/board

  • 4 of 5

The location of this place was wonderful! Close to the mountain and very close to the town of Breck...that tops the so-so amenities of the property itself. If you are a skier or boarder and plan to hit the mountain, get out NO later than 9am. We had an 1:45 minute lift line wait on the lift within walking distance...so get out early!

Nothing fancy but excellent location

  • 4 of 5

We stayed at this property 12/22-27/16. It was a good size for a family of four. Right at the bottom of the quicksilver lift and Peak 9, which is the best for beginner skiers. Nice hot tubs and pool for the kids. Quick walk (5 min) to Main St abc precious town of Breckinridge. It's also very convenient to ski rental locations at the Village.

Car: not necessary

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building, formally called the Liftside Studios. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away
