About Jeff Bright

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

Jeff Bright purchased this condo in 1996

Why Jeff Bright chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

Guestbook comments from the owner

We did enjoy our stay very much thank you. Check in was very easy and the location was perfect. The condo itself was just as promised. My family and I will be coming again next year.

Thanks again.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

All was great.

Great location and cute little place. Bed is super comfy!

  • 5 of 5

Convenience is key here as you are within a few steps of the QuickSilver lift and ski school. Ask for discount coupons for rental at the front desk or from the bell hops. Quandry grill and another Italian restaurant provide room service. We also used dine on demand and that worked great. We stayed here last year and came back for a reason!

Excellent condo for a Breck ski vacation

  • 5 of 5

This studio condo is the ideal place for a couple to stay when skiing in Breckenridge. It has up-to-date furnishings and decor, is clean, and has the kitchen items you require. As others have noted the small foyer with bench / coat hooks is ideal for removing ski gear without having to tromp through the condo. Location is floor 2 so the stairs (which are right by the condo door) are an option along with the elevators. The health club, pool, hot tubs are located on floor 1 right by the stairs for quick and easy access. It is a short walk to the Quick Sliver lift (less than 100 yards), and less than 5 minutes from Main Street. Prompt responses from the condo owner when booking and to answer questions. This condo is also managed by the Peak 9 Inn front desk so you check in right on site, no need to go and pick up your keys elsewhere. This is advantageous if you take the airport shuttle service from Denver. Note that you do not need a car in Breckenridge once you are there.

Everything We Needed

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this condo was absolutely in order, therefore we had no cause to bother Jeff, except to say that the booking procedure was very patiently managed despite difficulties with currency transfer at our end.

You open the door to this condo and are impressed by its neatnes and cleanliness. It is fresh, well lit, comfortable, thoughtfully furnished, close to the lifts and within easy walking distance to the grocery store and to restaurants and bars.

The hotel staff are easy-going and helpful and will provide free transportation if you need it. We enjoyed the cheap and cheerful Breckenridge Brewery and experienced a bit of gold mining history over a birthday celebration at The Dredge. Other nights we happily cooked and ate in.

Thanks Jeff, for providing such a pleasant environment for our skiing holiday. We had everything we needed as well as a few extra pillows. With luck we will be back in 2017.

Location, Location, Location!

  • 5 of 5

It was a great stay just a few feet from the Quicksilver lift and 3 or 4 rental shops (Christy Rental is the closest and was the best price when we stayed, super friendly). The condo unit is compact and very functional, well maintained, and a good price. Has a fully functioning kitchen as well, which is nice. I would recommend to any couple visiting the area.

My wife and I were quite pleased with this unit. It was exactly as advertised with convenient access to Peak 9 and Main Street. We will surely look into this location again for our next Breckinridge adventure.

All the best,
