Rare newly remodeled corner unit, at The Village of Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn (formerly called the Liftside Studios) on the Maggie Pond with views of the Continental Divide and Mount Baldy. The condo has been completely upgraded and features a king bed and a queen sofa sleeper. The Ski in and Ski-out location is at the base of the Quicksilver lift on Peak Nine. The hot tubs and pool overlook the ski area. Check in at the lobby of the Village at Breckenridge. Excellent front desk service. Discounted lift tickets and additional winter activities arranged for purchase and enjoyment

Be the first on the mountain with First Track's Friday. Access the mountain one hour before it opens to the general public on select mornings mid December through the end of March.

This location is in town, excellent dining, coffee shops, grocery store and entertainment are right out your door. Fully stocked kitchen, one full bath with linens, views of mount Baldy and the Plaza. This corner unit is very quiet with warm mountain decor. Breckenridge is an old mining town with a Victorian flavor. It is a world class Four-Season resort. It is a great location for activities for children or adults. Summer Activities: in the summer there is a 27 hole Jack Nicklaus course golf course, Breckenridge's famous Music and Jazz festival. Fly Fisherman's dream. In the winter there is Nordic cross-country and downhill skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, fishing, wildlife viewing and shopping. Annual international Ice Sculpture Competition in January. This is located across the street from the condo complex. No smoking and no pets allowed

About Jeff Bright

Our family has a long history of 5 generations of living in Colorado. Of all the places in Colorado that we could have chosen for our vacation home, we chose Breckenridge. We have been vacationing in Breckenridge all our lives. Here is a picture of a recent rafting trip we took on the Arkansas River.

Why Jeff Bright chose Breckenridge Area

Our family chose this location because of the multitude of opportunities that are nearby. In the winter there is downhill skiing, cross country skiing, snow shoeing, sledding, ice fishing, skating, and sleigh riding, and snowmobiling. In the summertime there is hiking, fishing, mountain biking, sailing, golfing, shopping, horseback riding, and gold mine tours.

We stayed there on Chrismas week, 2006. The snow was fabulous, the condo was nice, the location was at the absolute perfect location. It was about 50 yards to the lift, or about 100 yards to the main street with shops and night life.

Nice Studio

This was a very nice studio that worked out perfectly for the two of us! It was located within walking distance to just about everything! Upon arrival, we never needed the use of our vehicle until departure. Complimentary Starbucks coffee and tea in the lobby. A small collection of dvd's for rent at the Front Desk. We were very pleased to find a humidifier located in the unit. Jeff was great to deal with. We would stay in this studio again!

Would definitely book this condo again!

We loved our stay in this studio condo! It was just me and my two boys and it was perfect for the three of us. It was nice to have a full kitchen to make coffee and breakfast in the morning. The condo is a corner unit so beautiful views out of the window. The boys loved the indoor/outdoor pool & the hot tubs. The condo is within walking distance to Main Street with all the restaurants and shops. We literally parked our car and walked everywhere. The front desk staff was very friendly and booking the condo was super easy. Jeff was great to work with considering we booked at the last minute. Perfect spot for a little getaway trip!

Convenient and cozy

Had a great stay. The room was clean and cozy and a very close walk to Main Street and restaurants. The staff was very helpful. The room is situated like a standard hotel, so you can hear lots of hall noises (doors closing, conversations and excited kids). I am hoping to return again and stay in the same place.

The Village at Breckenridge offers the best of both worlds being in a perfect location at the base of Peak 9 next to the Quicksilver lift and Maggie Pond (true ski in, ski out) and in historical downtown Breckenridge next to the restaurants and shops. Our condo is in the Village at Breckenridge Peak 9 Inn building, formally called the Liftside Studios. The Village at Breckenridge is located in Summit County, Colorado's playground for summer and winter activities. The towns surrounding Breckenridge are Silverthorne, Lake Dillon, Keystone, Copper Mountain and Vail is a bit further.

These areas can be accessed by car or bus. Colorado is an awesome location for fishing, rafting, snow shoeing, fly fishing, skiing downhill or cross county, wildlife viewing, mountain climbing, snowboarding, hiking, bird viewing and much more.

Other Activities: Downhill skiing, concerts, and farmers market on site (seasonal), Gold mine tours 10 minutes away
