The apartment only has the penthouse above it! Has magnificent views, the complex has two swimming pools and private access to the beautiful Cristo Beach. The apartment has air conditioning -heating, BBC satellite TV, CD/Cassette music center. We have a dedicated A.D.S.L. line installed in the apartment included in the rental rate. Kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, ceramic hob, full oven and grill, plenty of utensils and of course glasses! There is a large master bedroom with kingsize bed, en suite bathroom and balcony (views of Sea, Beach, Gibraltar and Africa) The second bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have large fitted wardrobes. Linen and towels are provided. The lounge has a dining table large enough for 6 and a balcony equipped with table and chairs over looking one of the pools, excellent mountain and sea views. There is direct access to secure parking for one car below apartments. Marina Bay is one of the most prestigious apartment blocks in Estepona in an enviable location. It is well maintained, and also has beautiful gardens.

Great experiance

The apartment was really great and met all our expectations.

John was really service minded and welcoming, always accessible on the phone.

The location is great with the beach close and the city centre a nice walk away.

Estepona is on perfect distance for day trips to Gibraltar and Ronda!

We have and will continue to recommend both the apartment and Estepona.

Very pleasant appartment

The apparment is calm, well placed near the town and the see. The swimming-pool is big and quiet.

Comfortable, Convenient and Quiet

Very well appointed and spacious apartment with great views. In a quiet location but still within very easy walking distance of Estepona centre. Virtually on the beach and just round the corner from the marina and loads of places to eat. Two good supermarkets within walking distance and several (Carrefour, Aldi, Mercadonna) a few mins drive away. John amazingly helpful and knowledgeable of the local area. We would recommend it to anyone.

Estepona is small, very Spanish and quaint, but with a massive beach - definitely one of the nicest parts of the Costa del Sol. Suggest a visit to Ronda too.

Estepona Christmas 2012

We agree with everything written below. Estepona was a great place to be over Christmas and New Year. In the port area, close to the apartment block, was Dulcie's bar with WIFI and a very friendly welcome.

Lovely apartment - great location, pool, beach

This will be at least our 5th time to this apartment. Very comfortable with lovely views, a great pool and a child friendly beach less than a 5 min walk away. No need to hire a car although we always do as there are some great places to go on day trips.

Lots of places to eat out in the port or a few min further along the front into Estepona town. Can't wait to return!

perfect break

very comfortable five days.short easy commute to gibraltar airport.estepona port five minutes by foot,the town centre only twenty.

all mod cons,secure parking and endless sunshine.

Estepona is 50 miles from Malaga and 25 miles from Gibraltar. Marina Bay is within 5 minutes walk of the pretty port of Estepona where there is a plethora of restaurants and bars. Marina Bay also has a restaurant at the front of the building itself that has a fine reputation for its cuisine. The pretty town of Estepona is a 20 minute stroll away - along the spectacular beach side promenade. Unlike most of the Costa Del Sol resorts, Estepona has retained its character. It is very much a Spanish resort with pretty plazas, quaint streets, original buildings and masses of flora! You are spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars! The Palace De Congress has many concerts and artistic events through the year. From the port there are fishing trips and boat hire. Mijas, Ronda and Gibraltar are within easy driving distance - a little further afield there is Granada (easily accomplished in a day) and day trips to North Africa. Estepona golf course is only a few minutes drive.
